The quote was outrageous, something like $2k for the year, and I was told I had termites in my crawl space. I had my boyfriend and five other contractors look for termites, all said my area was fine, and termite free, and so I'm not quite sure why the rep from this company was trying to upsell this service for a non existent problem. Based on price and misinformation, I didn't go with them. Plus the guy who came out seems a little jittery and acted strange, so... really not interested.
