I agreed to quarterly paid monthly not annual paid quarterly and monthly. apparently in the 4 seasons contract I signed it says in small print 1st year service nowhere on the contract does it say annual. I guess 4 seasons means annual. so, I am canceling and never using their service again and I also would recommend no one sign such a deceptive contract with them ever.
