I took my computer to Henry, who diagnosed it with a program that sniffed out back doors to programs, then went in and took what they wanted. Henry transferred all my files to one of his computers, re-initialized the disc, then copied everything back. And added SOPHOS as a countermeasure. He has relocated the business from his downtown location to a place that seems to be on the far edges of the known world, but he's just a phone call away if you need him. Excellent work, fair prices, nice guy. Highly recommend.

Within hours, he was able to tease all my folders, photos and necessary papers out of my almost totally destroyed hard drive. Except for only 2 pages, (which I can research and replace) he saved all my files and professionally inserted it into a new laptop. I couldn't be more pleased with such a perfect outcome. I would recommend his very competent abilities to one and all who need computer attention, and his prices are very reasonable for the amount of time he spent doing this. My customer experience with Mac N PC was horrible! I took in a wonderfully functioning laptop - an…read moreAcer Aspire - for a small top left corner of the base that was beginning to separate a little when I would open the screen upon use. The computer functioned fully at the same excellent capacity it had always functioned at since I had purchased it new. He told me he would have to separate the base apart to fix that corner. Me, not being a computer tech person, thought he knew what he was talking about. He did not. The next week when i went to collect it, he had broken it apart and fractured all the holding pieces and I had to order a replacement computer through ebay, where he found one online and ordered it for me. A week later, it arrived, and it did not work - would not turn on nor would the charger operate. He had to request a refund from ebay for a non-operational laptop. I asked him if he could just put my Acer back together, and he said he would try. A week later when he was back in town.(he doesn't live in Deming) I came to his office and the laptop was destroyed even worse than the first breakage he had done to it. Now it would not even turn on, nothing was back together, everything was separated and a mess, AND he had even put tape on the inside of it where he had broken part of the frame. He blamed it all on the laptop being so old and brittle due to spending summers in the desert heat, but he didn't know that I do NOT spend summers in the desert heat, I'm an RVer and go where the weather is better. He used every excuse he could think of to blame in on the laptop, however, I know for CERTAIN that had I not taken it to him, it would still be working perfectly except for the small separation in the top left corner of the base. He said "I'm sorry" when he gave it back to me, but he still charged me for the time he spent breaking it, and I then had to go find and purchase a replacement laptop, so my total bill for him breaking my laptop and the replacement cost was $605.00. I sent him a bill for the damages he caused me, and he had a local lawyer write a letter that he had done nothing wrong and that if I pursued the case in court, they would counter-sue me for writing a bad review of the "work" he did for me. I am totally appalled at his utter lack of consciousness, responsibility, moral integrity, lack of empathy, lying to me about several things, and his grandiose ego that makes him think that everything he did was all right. It was NOT alright, and I hope NO ONE else has to go through the experience that I went through with him. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy! It cost a month and a half of my life, well OVER $600 when you count my time, gas, mileage and a few other small costs, and the loss of me being unable to finish writing a couple of books I was going to publish during that time. Be careful, folks, do NOT trust this guy like I did.

this has to be the worst laziest post office ever. the delivery drivers are soo lazy and triflin…read more there is only maybe two inside worth a flip. wont even deliver a heavy box sent through USPS. Make old people carry heavy packages. I watched a homeless guy walk in a pour coffee in the Mail box in the lobby. they said did he do that again. that's a federal offense. I will take a picture tomorrow of the package and post tomorrow of what they would not deliver and this is not the first time lazy lazy I bet they weight a few hundred (not the package)
