Do not stay here--they don't care about customers and allow their SIL to evict customers because he is either lazy or incompetent. We booked 2 nights here and, upon arrival, realized our electric didn't work and the cable connection was broken. The "Maintenance Son-in-law," fixed the electric but said the cable wasn't his job. My husband stated it was BS that the cable company fixed it and the SIL accused my husband of cursing him.They have extra connectors in the front office that they would gladly give to a camper--but staff apparently don't care that what they advertise is non-existent. Beware, they want your money but don't care if they deny you services.. Little Vineyard is right next door and is amazing. Skip Roadrunner as they could care less about you, but worship their Son-In-Law! read more

We called this park 24 hours in advance. Made a reservation. Was told they had what we needed...a site for 31 ft motorhome plus tow dolly. They told us tgey were just sold so some things changed. They no longer honor any discount programs like Pasport America, Good Sam, etc. Wgen we arrived, a very dirty, purpke hair girl said she had no reservation for us. Her excuse was we are now under new ownership. We don't have what you need. Try someone else. Do yourself a favor. Don't stop here. They don't want to provide any service. read more

The people at this RV park are some of the nicest and most helpful people we have met on this road trip. Private RV parks are all pretty much the same for us; it is the people who make the difference. Our only issue was that for some reason our water connection leaked, so we left a bit of a puddle. Our resident neighbor made a point of introducing himself with a warm welcome. The lady at the desk was as sweet and helpful as can be, and the propane guy, Jim, was warm, funny, and helpful too. We would come back here again to support and reconnect with the good energy of these nice people. read more

Stayed there one night. Safe clean no highway noise. We heard the trains in the distance but it was ambiance not nuisance. Staff very friendly and helpful. All facilities worked. So we were on our way home back to Austin, TX after a 9 day Spring Break road trip through New Mexico, Arizona, and Utah. We pulled into Deming, NM and noticed our diesel Excursion was running a bit hotter than normal. Since we were towing a travel trailer and still had 10 hours to go, we decided to find a mechanic that could look at our truck. Unfortunately it was Saturday afternoon and every shop we called was closed or couldn't help us because it was a diesel. We found a shop Mitchels that could fit us in first thing Monday morning. So now we had to find an RV park to stay at. Roadrunner pretty full but they squeezed us in, and due to our circumstances they made room for us through Monday and offered us a killer rate. Jim at the front desk was very nice and Lee a resident at the park and retired mechanic offered to help figure out what was wrong with our truck. One evening my 7 year old son and I wandered into the clubhouse and began playing pool and shortly there after the soon to be new owner walked in and introduced himself and his wife. Very kind people, his wife played a round of pool with my son. The site was level and had full hook ups, the location was within walking distance of a movie/bowling alley complex and a Walmart. The bathrooms were ok, not the greatest but they were fine. I'd recommend this park to anyone. read more

We stayed a few days here, mainly for the hot tub. It was dirty, lights didn't work where they had it, plus it's small. It's not a commercial hot tub, but a smaller house one. Two people fit...that's about it. Alot of dog feces in dog park, and around the park. Good for a night or two stay, but not longer as Alot of junky permanents in there, including the managers having clutter all over. The one good thing going (OK 2 good things), is staff is friendly, and it's cheap. read more

Big pull throughs, clean, friendly staff. Would stay here again!

This is simply an overnighting stop on I10. We have a big rig and the pull-thrus are long so we didn't have to I hook our vehicle. They are a Passport America park, with tax our rate was $13.93. Definitely can't beat that for an overnight with 50 amp! There are several full-timers but they didn't bother us. read more

I know there are a lot of RV parks to choose from in Deming but this one is the best of them all. The service is wonderful, always prompt when you need something, and the owners are great people. Park is clean and well-maintained, and if you ever have any issues the staff are always helpful. I read a review from someone who said they were rude at times but I have to disagree. Any time I've been there, which has been several times over the past 5 years, they've made me feel at home; they treat you more like a guest than just a customer. Also, they are well-informed about the area and are able to direct you to the best places to eat and visit during your stay. The check in area was not the best but the staff there was very friendly. We had our gooseneck window hanging on our 5th wheel by one rivet. One of the staff pointed it out and went to get a ladder to help us get the window off completely. They also retrieved some cardboard so that we could duct tape the window opening!! They also loaned us a ladder. The man that checked us in to this very reasonable priced RV park was so friendly. The park was also very clean and kept up. We will for sure stop here again on our way home to California. read more

I am giving this resort 5 stars but not because of its features; it's because of their customer service AND the fact that they are part of passport america AND give veterans a substantial discount. When I called to see if they had any availability I talked to Katie. She was bubbly and cheerful and very courteous. When we arrived in person she greeted us with that same effervescent personality. She was also excited to hear we found them thru passport america which is another awesome program for rv ers traveling the country. After settling into our 50 amp spot we found it was very functional. The water pressure was very good too. And...This is New Mexico folks. Most parks consist of only gravel or asphalt so it's not a tropical oasis. They also had a very nice dog walk area. It was fenced, had water as well as a picnic table and bags to clean up after your pet. This was a great asset. There seemed to be a lot of full timers there as well. I don't mind this at all as most were really friendly. But this is where the customer service really kicked in. Originally I had only booked an overnight. We had previous engine issues the prior day in arizona so my husband took another look and decided our camshaft needed to be replaced. As luck would have it, we found the part at a cummins dealer in El Paso. We paid for another night at the p.a. rate. I brought our dog sugar bear to the office with me and everyone seemed happy to see her. Jim even brought her a biscuit. I asked Jim if he had a peice of cardboard that hubby could use to lay on the gravel and work on the motorhome. He ended up bringing a nice thick peice of plywood and it made working on the motorhome so much nicer. Just the fact they allowed us to work at our site was a plus in my book. On day three hubby finally got the rig fixed. We obviously checked out a little later than normal but Jim said no problem. He said he would even take care of the peice of wood he lent us. Needless to say, at less than $14 a night this place was perfect. We were happy, our dog was happy, the people were awesome and if I am ever in this area again I would definitely stay here.. The price was right. $13.86 with passport America. The staff were all real friendly and helpful. The park was full of full timers and it shows. Lots of clutter. Nice dog park. Don't think about finding an address visible anywhere except on the office building behind overgrown rose bushes. You will not see it from the road. The park is typical for this area, not a lot to look at. The difference is in the staff. Very accommodating and friendly.

We stayed on June 6, 2016... apparently there was a party last night that lasted until about 1 o'clock in the morning right behind our rv. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because when we checked in the staff was very friendly. If you are looking for a good party with permanent residents in the park this is the place for you however, if you have been traveling all day and want peace and quite beware. read more

Very nice place to stay. We stopped in for 1 night, on our way to visit family in Phoenix. Ended up staying almost 2 weeks, This campground is the very 1st one that we came upon where it was very easy to fill propane. You couldn't find more friendlier or helpful people. Very nice laundry facilities too. Restaurants, K Mart, WalMart, grocery store, all about 1 mile away. Plan on stopping in again on our way back home. read more

From the moment we walked into the office, we knew we'd like this campground. It just had a very good feel about it. The woman at the desk was pleasant and treated us like longtime friends. Some sites are very close, but ours was nice and roomy. It was also very level. There's a nice clubhouse with a pool table, sitting area and book exchange. read more

The new manager is not public friendly and should not be in charge of this RV Park! We stayed over 2 years and were quite happy. After a family tragedy the granddaughter was put in charge. She is rude and lazy! She was swearing at me in front of other visitors and employees. Regardless of what she needed to talk to me about it should have been done privately! To actually use the "F"word in front of about 7 people shows her lack of business sense. We moved right away! The managers Jim and Sheila were wonderful but she took away most of their responsibilities when she inherited the park. She charges 7 cents more for electric and took away the Wi-Fi. They have a nice Jacuzzi that the managers tell you is available only when Liz is not there. Yet it Is advertised on the front sign. The park is loud and the bathrooms are filthy. We are much happier at our new RV park! I recommend staying at the Wagon Wheel or at The Little Vineyard! read more
