Very simple printing job with very simple instructions for cutting pages into sections based on the very wide spaces between the 4 sections. Not only were 1/4 of the pages nor cut at all, another half were cut incorrectly. On top of that, I was charged 3-4x what a FedEx/Kinkos would charge. If I hadn't been visiting from our of town, and in a hurry, I would have driven to Cruces. No matter how desperate I am in the future, I will never use this company again. read more

The Deming location is very customer service oriented. Had a difficult situation where another company backed out of the project. Print-O-Rama came to the rescue and did an outstanding job, very short turn around and cost effective. Highly recommend. read more

Highly recommend Asucena to do your taxes. She did an exemplary job and I had an unexpected return for a myriad of out of pocket medical expenses. As a senior citizen this came in so handy! I was not expecting anything. The quality of printing and doing my resume last year was a blessing from God as well. I am so grateful to Myranda and Asucena! read more

After that, they completely stopped communicating -- no replies, no calls answered, nothing. When I finally showed up in person because they wouldn't answer the phone, my shirt was just sitting there unfinished. They told me to come back in an hour, and even after TWO hours, it still wasn't ready. I ended up waiting almost three hours just to get a sloppy printed design -- not embroidered, not the font I asked for, and not even the right color. And they never asked for my approval to switch from embroidery to a cheap print. They ruined my son's photoshoot shirt, they wasted my time, and they didn't take responsibility for anything. Even saying "it's on the house" doesn't fix the fact that they didn't do the job I trusted them with. Unprofessional, zero communication, and completely unreliable. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I was out of my home-based town and needed a place to print out some documents to mail out and…read morepicked Sure Printing & Signs partly because there weren't too many options and because they had pretty good (but limited) reviews. They are very fast and efficient. I stopped by to print some files in my email and was expecting me to sort of fumble around a computer/printer on my own a bit. I like that with very nominal fee, they had a service where the person helped you do all of those stuff. I stopped by, got help right away and got my 3 files printed in 5 min. I actually thought they undercharged me and asked the guy if he already added a fixed fee to it as advertised..and he already did! Woww...very reasonable price and very polite/courteous and prompt service..what more could you ask for?! Worthwhile your time and would stop by again if I needed a document printed in Deming. Pluses: Plenty of parking spots + never too crowded. You can typically get help right away with a few people in the office to help you out.

Always friendly and helpful. Use them often to assist with faxing and sending out packagesread more
