Jeff was here before he called it quits the next day. I haven't seen anyone do such a thorough inspection looking for a source like he did. It looks as though we hit the nail on the head as far as penetration point. The ant superhighway has slowed down to just a few ants here and there. Not being able to cook because of all the ants is a bummer. My little Westie couldn't hardly eat since they would invade her food before she could even finish eating. Thanks Jeff

Always excellent service from corporate, to our local office, to the estimators and technicians. For one price they go through your house and map out any pest problems or potential problems then the technician comes to "fumigate." It's truly mind blowing that there are multiple tools and substances used to get rid of pests. I was amazed to see the different ways they went about the house spreading their clean & green substances (yes, safe for pets and us!!) They gave me a summary of pests I didn't even know I had! And spent their time showing me potential problems and solutions. I really appreciated their communication skills. Recently, after rescheduling many times, I forgot about an appointment. This is a big issue for us because we have LARGE mastiff dogs. We always have to get someone to pick them up or take them to get groomed according to when pest control is coming. Our technician was so understanding and took the time to call even after we didn't answer the doorbell (no one was home.) He told us he didn't mind the dogs and had some of his own. I was blown away he would still perform the service for us!! My husband got there just in time to let him in the house. I am SO thankful I found this company. I have peace knowing it was money well spent.

The next day, he did and we played phone tag a bit due to our conflicting schedules. Once we did get the chance to speak, he was such a nice guy on the phone. Very polite, explained the process to me and allowed me to make my own service choices. I was comfortable with the price that I was quoted (about $75) for a 3br/2ba house, inside and outside. We set a date/time for him to show up and do the service. He'd had an opening and reached out to me asking if we would prefer an earlier time. It worked out and he did show up right on time, and was very professional and pleasant. We'd been having ants and all kinds of small bugs all over our home before Wild West Pest Control came and did their treatment. They were very thorough, getting all the nooks and crannies. I am very pleased to say their treatment is very effective. That day and a few days following, we were finding dead bugs even in the garage. Since then, I haven't found a single bug in the entire house - and it has been about a month! I highly recommend Wild West Pest Control and will absolutely use them in the future.

I have to say they even took samples with them to show their entomologist because they wanted to be 100% sure they were right and knew exactly how to treat the infestation of insects I had. The first thing that stood out to me was his politeness and professionalism. He called to let me know when he was about to embark, and even arrived a few minutes earlier than our agreed upon time. If there's one thing that irks me, it's having to wait for a technician or worker at my home all day because they're either not on time, or they give me an enormous time frame for when they can be here (looking at you internet providers), so it's a breath of fresh air to see technicians actually early. When Alonso arrived he asked me a few questions pertaining to my house and my pets, then he got right to work. He didn't seem to mind me accompanying him around the yard, and gave me plenty of tips and ideas to help combat my fly and mosquito problem. Just as quick as he started, he was packing up and heading to his next appointment. Overall I had a very pleasant experience with Preventive, and especially with Alonso. As long as Preventive keeps sending professionals like him I'll continue being a happy customer.
