Not only was their quote competitive, but from the very start, they went above and beyond. They showed up early, ready to work, and did exactly what they promised. This wasn't an easy job, the tenant was a hoarder and the house was completely packed. They nailed the estimate on how many loads it would take, and in just ONE DAY the entire place was cleared out. That gave me the chance to move straight into cleaning and moving forward. Their work ethic is incredible, they're straight shooters, and they don't waste time. Honestly, if you need something gone in Las Cruces, there's only one choice: High Crest.

He will gladly come in and make you sign a "service agreement" for scheduled services and then if you need to reschedule he says he's canceling the "service agreement" for refusal of services. Max made time to come to my house the day I contacted him despite his very full schedule, and took the first steps to rid my house of a couple of mice who have apparently moved in. He listened to my description of the problem, inspected my cupboards, closets, the garage, and all areas where I said I had seen evidence of mice. He then set bait traps around the house and said he would be checking on them in a month; pretty much guaranteeing that the mice would be gone by then. He said to call him if I saw anything concerning prior to that. I want to thank him for his professional, personal and friendly service. He set my mind at ease that he had the situation under control, and that it was not that dire as I had caught it and called him early. I feel like I'm in good hands; the mice, on the other hand, not so much.

Customer service, set up an appointment with them last week to get my HVAC service done, today I…read morewas scheduled. I had to call them multiple times then the receptionist hit up the technician, only to tell me that the tech would be another hour and some change to get to my home, this was after I already waited for an hour and a half. Seems like a glorified lemonade stand to me, they obviously don't track the technicians if they did I would have received some notification that my day would be wasted, book with them if you have a spare day or two to wait around. There are plenty other better contractors to hit up, in my opinion so back to the search for a company that respects my time. A little helpful business advice the techs set a timer and when they bust that time they relay that to the office, which in turn triggers a call to scheduled customers that you will be waiting additional hours, and when this happens you say sorry for the inconvenience how about we make it up to you. RESCHEDULING IS NOT A CONSTELLATION PRIZE. How about you knock 10% off of the bill since I lost wages today but nothing so buyer beware.

They made an appointment which they kept, the actual owner came out promptly, assessed my situation and listened to what I wanted to accomplish and proposed a solution. The next week they arrived and installed the mini-split solution they suggested, complete with the electrical adaptation, exactly according to the specifications agreed upon. This was a few months ago, and now that I have a foster dog in a crate in that same garage, it occurred to me that the confidence we have in letting her stay there when we are gone, is because of the quality of the installation and how well everything works. I'm really grateful for the very professional demeanor and quality service that was provided, really enjoy being able do things in that space without overheating, and I highly recommend this company for their professionalism and quality of service, especially if you need someone to make and assessment and present you with solutions for your unique situation.

The online purchase was simple and confirmation of payment and expected time of delivery between 11-3 were received immediately. To be honest, I was dreading the thought of laying sod in the heat of the day or late into the evening. On delivery day I was a bit surprised that my sod arrived at 6am. But I was so thankful! I am an early riser and the timing was perfect! I was able to complete the job before the temp became too miserable to be in. By noon, I was able to stand back and admire my work. (This is the first time I've put sod down, and did this by myself. Not bad for a middle-aged woman.) I appreciate the follow up texts and instructions of care provided. I may not have done a perect job but my dogs are happy with it and so am I. Looking forward to my dogs being able to roll around in the cool grass and play in the sprinklers.
