I was amazed to see the different ways they went about the house spreading their clean & green substances (yes, safe for pets and us!!) They gave me a summary of pests I didn't even know I had! And spent their time showing me potential problems and solutions. I really appreciated their communication skills. Recently, after rescheduling many times, I forgot about an appointment. This is a big issue for us because we have LARGE mastiff dogs. We always have to get someone to pick them up or take them to get groomed according to when pest control is coming. Our technician was so understanding and took the time to call even after we didn't answer the doorbell (no one was home.) He told us he didn't mind the dogs and had some of his own. I was blown away he would still perform the service for us!! My husband got there just in time to let him in the house. I am SO thankful I found this company.
