(totally understandable) yet a text or call stating this would have been nice. then when the tech gets to my home and I say the appointment was for 2:30pm and he replies with no it was for 3:00pm and it's 4:30pm when they showed up. feeling some type of way about being lied to. not feeling the great customer service that I read about. not valued at all. and now because I am not happy with the service, they want me to pay for how they have made me feel like my business wasn't valued to them. I would gladly pay the $130.00 to be done with this company. Now I have to wait for a manager to review and call me back. shaking my head, wish I was told about this cancellation fee before I signed up. what a disappointment

He cleaned the area of all pigeon debris and installed metal spikes and netting. Another company I contacted was only going to clean and place the pigeon goop on my house. Bryan is fast and efficient. After the estimate he abgab work the VERY next day! He carefully cleaned the area with a power washer and took multiple before and after pictures which are greatly appreciated since I am out of state.
