For our $400 coupon and an additional $500, they trimmed several trees that were near lines going into the house or were touching or almost touching the house and hauled off the branches, hauled off a bunch of other branches that were piled up on our property, cut down a very big mature tree that was dying and hauled it off. That was my mistake, but that doesn't excuse his lack of courtesy or behavior nor the fact that he lied to me and never had any intention of returning to trim the tree to my satisfaction.
