I've never had a company make such quick work of our trees before. We had an old old tree removed from the front yard this fall, and a few trees trimmed up in the back. While it took a while to get on the schedule (which is totally fair and what we expected) - they did the job quickly and did an immaculate clean up afterwards. Before grinding the stump they had the city come in next day to make sure there weren't any pipes underground and then showed up 24 hours later to complete the job. I'd highly recommend!! A great value, worth every cent and more. They've earned a lifelong loyalty from us. Plus my toddler loved watching their machines get to work haha.

The business proposed trimming back a neighbors tree and said it would take 5.25 manhours. I watched the man cutting the tree spend about 4-5 minutes cutting 4 small to medium size branches. Then two other men spend 2 minutes moving the limbs to the shredder. Less than 10 minutes total. They were trying to charge me $600.00 for those 10 minutes. I called them on it and the foreman told me he would never pay so much to have any tree trimmed. When I called the office to voice my concerns the receptionist said the owner would call me back. Now over 24 hours later I haven't heard a peep. I reached out to the man who visited us and wrote the proposal (Jeryn Batman) and he seems to be ghosting his customers also. Stay as far away from this company as you can. Once they rip you off they will ghost you!

With so many sketchy companies out there, (particularly after a few big storms) it is refreshing to deal with someone honest and highly competent. Many reviewers throw around terms like "reasonable" or "fairly" priced, only to learn that these are euphemisms for "high priced, but I'm ok with it". Danny is very fairly priced. I thought he did an awesome job and I am pleased with the cost. I would add that the experience with Danny himself is more than a simple transaction. He is very warm and personable. It feels really good to do business with someone you really feel deserves the business. He is committed to doing a great job and he is genuinely trying to do it all right. He communicated frequently and asked permission to come over to survey the area AGAIN and make sure he could get his equipment into the neighborhood w/o impacting my neighbors. So thoughtful! In this day and age, there are so many entitled business owners who have no problem doing the minimum while expecting you to just deal with it. The old commentary comes to mind of "everyone else is doing it this way" and one feels like you need a shower after the interaction. Not so with Danny!
