I've never had a company make such quick work of our trees before. We had an old old tree removed from the front yard this fall, and a few trees trimmed up in the back. While it took a while to get on the schedule (which is totally fair and what we expected) - they did the job quickly and did an immaculate clean up afterwards. Before grinding the stump they had the city come in next day to make sure there weren't any pipes underground and then showed up 24 hours later to complete the job. I'd highly recommend!! The business proposed trimming back a neighbors tree and said it would take 5.25 manhours. I watched the man cutting the tree spend about 4-5 minutes cutting 4 small to medium size branches. Then two other men spend 2 minutes moving the limbs to the shredder. Less than 10 minutes total. They were trying to charge me $600.00 for those 10 minutes. I called them on it and the foreman told me he would never pay so much to have any tree trimmed. When I called the office to voice my concerns the receptionist said the owner would call me back. Now over 24 hours later I haven't heard a peep. I reached out to the man who visited us and wrote the proposal (Jeryn Batman) and he seems to be ghosting his customers also. Stay as far away from this company as you can. Once they rip you off they will ghost you!
