During the job, they damaged my grass, broke multiple panes on my greenhouse, broke other glass items, and destroyed a $100 digital birdhouse. The cleanup afterward was also disappointing. What bothered me most was the complete lack of communication. At no point did they tell me these items needed to be moved or that they could be damaged. As a professional service, I assumed they would either work carefully around them or simply communicate with me beforehand so I could move them myself. After the job, I texted my contact and asked for sod replacement as the bare minimum considering all of the damage. His read receipts are on, so I know the message was received and read, but I never received a response. My mistake was paying them before these issues were addressed. Once they received payment, the communication stopped. Very unprofessional experience from start to finish. Based on the property damage, poor cleanup, lack of communication, and failure to respond afterward, I would NEVER recommend this company.
