I agree with others on here, this company has terrible communication. They were contracted out by…read morethe county parks department to trim a tree behind my fence because it was in danger of falling on the fence. Well, when they cut the branch it fell on my fence and broke two pickets. No communication about this, I found it when I got home. Part of the trunk was in my yard. They also left all the cut branches back behind the fence and didn't take them. I called and emailed Tyler who was my original contact to ask him to come back out and he never returned my call or emails. I also called the office several times and talked with the receptionist who promised to deliver the message to him. No one has ever returned my call and I eventually had to fix the fence myself.
