Well, when they cut the branch it fell on my fence and broke two pickets. No communication about this, I found it when I got home. Part of the trunk was in my yard. They also left all the cut branches back behind the fence and didn't take them. I called and emailed Tyler who was my original contact to ask him to come back out and he never returned my call or emails. I also called the office several times and talked with the receptionist who promised to deliver the message to him. No one has ever returned my call and I eventually had to fix the fence myself. I would never hire this company for any tree work on my own.
