The project manager recommended Grade-A Landscaping to remove a large berm that held one of the trees. They unearthed a lot of surprises, and overcame so many challenges. More improvements followed and the end results were so impressive. We hired them to remove several evergreen trees and shrubs from our beds, but primarily to address a large area in the front where soil runoff and tree roots were problematic. We are beyond pleased with the new retaining wall (pictured). A few days later a driver miscalculated parking in the driveway and broke the corner stones. I texted Nick and while weather caused delays he kept me in the loop until a couple weeks later when the team arrived and fixed it. These guys really care and own up to their commitments. Team members are hardworking, a pleasure to be around, and honestly appear to love what they do. I look forward to doing more business with them.

I can't say enough good things about Ofilio's Tree Service…read more First, from my call to the completion of the work was less than a week. His bid was professional, quick, and thousands less than my expectations. He talked me through the work that he was planning and explained it so I could understand. He never upsold me on anything I didn't need. He even offered to clean my yard up, because I hadn't raked the fall leaves. He said, "I want it to look nice when we're finished." Second, Ofilio and his crew completed what seemed like a week's worth of work in less than a day. They took down a 30ft oak, with stump grinding; trimmed up another 30ft oak; trimmed up a large maple near power lines; and trimmed up another large tree by mid afternoon! They cleaned up the yard waste better than it's ever looked and even disposed of some random wood that I'd kept laying around the yard. Finally, there is no better feeling than coming home knowing the tree that had literally been hanging over my head is gone. That piece of mind is worth every penny, but Ofilio also made me feel like I wasn't wasting my money. Please, please, please give him a call. It'll be worth your time.

They listened to what I wanted done and being a woman that doesn't always happen. Can't say enough good things about this company. I bought a beautiful historic home in Brookside two years ago with a gorgeous tree in the front! Unfortunately, due to homeowner neglect, it was left overgrown and sad...to the point it was endangering my home... Kalin and his team rescued me! A couple weeks ago my best friend called concerned about her lovely tree that needed to be taken down...unfortunately, it was diseased and couldn't be saved... yet again, Kalin and his team came to the rescue...despite the slew of calls for other jobs available after the storm, he made time for us and managed to have the tree down in no time! I would NOT recommend this tree service company. They…read moreperformed work for my neighbor and, without my permission or any communication, cut multiple branches off a tree on my property. This was not a minor trim...five branches were removed from a tree that does not belong to their client. At no point did anyone knock on my door, attempt to verify property lines, or get consent before cutting. This shows a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for property rights. To make matters worse, the cuts they made left the tree looking uneven, poorly shaped, and clearly not cared for by a professional. It now looks damaged rather than maintained. If you're considering hiring this company, I strongly suggest confirming how they handle property boundaries and neighbor communication because in my experience, they did neither. I am extremely disappointed and would caution others before using their services.

The arborist who treated it is very knowledgeable and did a walk through for other trees, providing great insight. The tree is flourishing, so it certainly seems like what they're doing is working!
