So I took it back to find out what happened. The owner blamed me and told me I must have a moth in my closet. I was shocked to hear his excuse. I mean this moth must have had a big appetite to eat that much in a week. Now I am wondering if I should call humane society to take care of this moth that is in my closet. Back to the owner of this company. Thank you for destroying my sweater and then charging me for it. I will never recommend you to any one. If I could I would not even give you a star

I said you had them a week and she says yes come back later. Before I blew up at her I left and then got a ride again this time it was approx 6pm and she said it would be another 25 or more mins. I said but you had them a week and you are doing them now? She said yes like it was ok that she hadn't done anything with them in a week. She gave me a pair and said her take these if you need pants now. I said over and over, you had them a week. Why are you just doing them now? No answer just yes was her answer. I waited there while she finished the item and she thought i was taking what was done and leaving the rest. i said no I want everything, I will pay for what you did. Took my items left and will never ever go badk or recommend this place to anyone. When you take anything there and they say come back a certain day that just means that day they tell you to come back on is when they do what you want not while they have been left there. Not worth the money either for the job. Expensive and shoddy. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.... I wish I read these reviews before going there or never would have.

Primally 1 of them had a massive stain even after laundered! I brought the shirts in with my receipt & asked the owner for my money back since he clearly didn't clean it! He refused & told me he didn't know who I was, but in fact I've been his customer for years! I even slid off my mask from a safe distance! He asked me to ask my husband because apparently he told my husband the stain might not come out, but when I asked my husband he said that guy didn't even ask him anything just gave him a receipt for the cost & to pick them up! He should have called us & told us about this stain instead of going ahead to try to clean it which I really don't think he did especially when he said to me "this shirt was full of shit" who speaks like that to another person nevermind a customer. He probably spilled his coffee on it since it looked like coffee because we never saw any stains when my husband dropped it off! not only are these shirts unwearable, but I also paid to get them laundered which they weren't so clearly this guy is in it for money & no customer service skills at all! who by the way was wearing one of his own homemade mask with his nose exposed I may add! Good service, honest pricing and good quality. They send the dry cleaning out to be professionally done at a very reasonable price. I think they will be bringing in some machines soon to also offer basic alterations like pants hemming. I'm excited to see the place after renovations are done. I will say, I know the owner and they did the most amazing job cleaning my very gross looking UGGs. I don't even usually care to clean it but I really messed it up this year with the salt and dirty snow. I didn't want to store it with my clean stuff in that condition. Obviously, our winters are extremely long and I've since worn them again, but I know who I'm bringing it to at the end of the season! Parking is a bit tricky depending what time you come but there's always someone leaving so I haven't ever really had to park super far. I've only been here on weekends though. I feel like weekdays it's probably not a problem. Someone else can probably speak more to that. Anyway if you're looking for a reliable dry cleaners, I definitely recommend this place.

When I returned to pick them up he did completely the opposite of what I asked and I asked him if I could then show him again how I wanted it done (was still open to working with him). He instead then undid the the threads and threw the jeans at me and told me to go somewhere else. I let his poor wife sitting at the sewing machine know how sleazy her husband is on my way out.
