I let it go as it is located in the area where I live. I took a few shirts once to him and took them back as he stated they would not be ready for pick up till the following week. I thought they had a shorter turn around time. I took $36 of laundry another time. I took 3 more shirts and one was stained from the underarm perspiration. I pointed it out and they said they could get it out. They did not. I took three more shirts in and one was new and it returned with two distinct black marks. When I called the manager he said they didn't do it, and I told him the shirt was new. He added they would clean it at no charge as if he was doing me a favor. I had to wait one week for this shirt. When I picked it up he just handed it to me, same no personality guy. I said to him you never greet, say hello goodbye or just acknowledge me as a customer. I asked him if he checked the shirt to see if the marks came out. He said no. I told you are not a friendly man never smile, say hi or bye. He called me a B***h. I was surprised asked him what did you say and he repeated it without any hesitation. So I guess I was right he is not a nice man and a business owner with no customer service skills.

I was shocked because the last time we were there the lady working had my boys helping with that. So, I had my boys finish cleaning it out so we could close the vent. However, we did not move fast enough for him and he decided to kick us out for not listening to him immediately. I said we were only trying to dry our clothes quickly, he didn't care and said we had to leave. Well, I put my boys into my car to keep them safe and I went back, put my money into each dryer and stood in front of the dryers while he swept the floor. ​When he saw me drying my clothes and still there, he said you are going to lose your money when the police show up. I wasn't worried about the money nor the police, we had done nothing wrong. 20 minutes later, TPD showed up and asked what happened..they could see the racist behavior the worker was putting out. My clothes had 6-8 minutes left to dry, but we had to leave because it is private property. The officers did try to get him to let us finish the cycles, but he was adamant that we leave. Unfortunately, we won't patronize this facility again because the service worker was very racist, bullyish, unkind, and rude. I hope that man finds peace in his soul because his spirit is very angry.
