The rainbow roll was generous and delicious, and the tuna tartare had the perfect crunch from the brioche underneath. The drinks were great too!! Mackey was our server and was so sweet, giving great recommendations throughout the night. I work in the hospitality industry myself, so I know impeccable service when I see it -- and this team delivered it from start to finish. It is best to do things family style at this restaurant, but our group wanted too many different things and was worried about the costs. Things are a bit on the pricier side here, but the food is pretty yummy. I ended up getting a rainbow roll and hotate nigiri that I really enjoyed, but my sushi came out to almost $50. It was great for our group, just know it's on the pricier side. I recommend going to the bar for their happy hour!

Even though it wasn't listed on the menu, they were more than happy to accommodate our request, and it was incredible -- fresh, flavorful, perfectly prepared, and absolutely delicious. The edamame was also outstanding and packed with great flavor. Even the lemonade stood out -- incredibly refreshing with a fantastic fresh flavor. The service was excellent as well -- attentive, friendly, and accommodating. You can tell they care about both the quality of the food and the experience they provide their guests. Fresh ingredients, amazing flavors, excellent service, and a kitchen willing to go the extra mile. Lemongrass has definitely earned a spot on my list of favorite restaurants in Delray Beach.
