Very upset with this business. I went in to purchase crutch ends as I do about every three months…read more(from various places). The crutch tips come in closed packages, 2 per package with a price sticker adhered to each package. Pretty normal right? Went to pay for it and they tried to charge me the sticker price for each tip!!! Doubling the cost! It didn't say "each" and it was clearly priced and packaged. Management did not help. This is outrageous and poor form. My friend wanted to buy a ramp for her scooter, no way would I make a purchase from a company I can't trust or one who tries price switching. Poor form Abbey Medical.

The head guy at the pharmacy is especially great, but the reason why I feel that I must write this is Gurvinder in the electronics department. Last night, he spent an hour with me, helping me and giving me great advice with a purchase. About 15 years ago, at the West Oaks London Drugs, when the lady there was pushy, telling me what to I should buy instead of trying to understand what I needed, I left and bought a new computer at Staples. Gurvinder ensured that my next laptop purchase will be at London Drugs (at Highstreet, of course).
