Muhammad has been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He makes you feel welcome and, most importantly, never judged. The ladies at the front desk are also incredibly sweet, friendly, and welcoming. A huge high five to the entire Coastal Sleep team for their outstanding customer service and the genuine care they showed me. They went above and beyond my expectations, and I'm extremely grateful for all their help. Would I recommend Coastal Sleep? Absolutely, 100%! If you're struggling with sleep apnea or need help getting started with CPAP therapy, I highly recommend reaching out to them. Thank you, Muhammad and the entire Coastal Sleep team, for making this experience such a positive one!

I had been…read morewith the previous company for about 8 years and even after just my first visit with Coastal Sleep I have noticed a great improvement in both the service and the feedback that I have received from the therapist that I met with. Though I have been using my CPAP for 8 years now he took the time to go over everything about my machine and how it works as well as giving me great insight and detail about the new machines that are available and how to go about getting approval from my health insurer to get financial assistance in purchasing a new machine. So glad that I made the switch and very happy with the way I have been treated so far. Two big thumbs up!

Damien was knowledgeable and great with my little guy. He gave us some exercises to do with him and pointed out a few concerns we were not aware of. We will be back to see him in a few months. I took 2 stars off because this clinic is expensive - same pricing to the more premium clinics in the north Burnaby area, but doesn't have any of the premium features like direct billing, same day Jane app appointment notifications or a fancy facility. They do have a couple Pilates reformers in an open area in the back. They also don't have any reserved parking in front of the facility like the neighbouring businesses. If you are injured and don't have a disability pass that could be challenging.

I have been seeing Dr. Sheikh as my primary Doc for treatment of injuries from a car accident…read more I am elated with the results in just 5 months and am happy to be continuing my program of care as his patient. Tests taken (today) with computerized pictures speak a thousand words and reveal improved symmetry, inflammation, heat/pain, alignment and more). What could be any better than the test results? The easy answer is: My emotions, my physical body, my mental state and my optimism about the future have all been impacted positively by the treatments too! Without hesitation I recommend Dr. Sheikh and the Elign Health Team. There are many reasons to place your health and spine in the hands of this Doctor. Some of these include: * Dr. Sheikh is highly professional and insightful. He has a keen sense of what works, and the skill to effect healing rapidly. He is patient and respectful, and was ever so gentle when my pain was so great I could not be touched. * Dr. Sheikh offers a program of care: He created a treatment plan tailored to my condition and needs; he used thorough diagnostics; he prepared meticulous records and written evaluations of my experiences and progress; and he offered wise guidance, education and forecasts (I really appreciate this). * The Elign team (without exception) is friendly, knowledgeable, caring and fosters an environment of family and community (open concept). It's fun to go in for the appointments and to participate in the rehabilitation. Friendships and sweet relationships form at Elign. * Carefully scheduled, planned and carried out assessments. These have given me an understanding of what's in store. I liked knowing 'where I'm at', 'how I've progressed', and 'what the ultimate target looked like'. It was good to compare my condition/state to what a healthy functioning spine looked like. For me, it was also good to know how long treatment would take and what was required to get there.

I think from here on in I will be seeing my family doctor if I break a bone, but I will definitely see more of Dr. ADRIAN for overall health treatment. Her staff were wonderful as well!

From the first day I came into the clinic I was treated with respect. I bought a package so each session was less expensive. Nobody pushed it on me.... It just made financial sense to do it that way. I was referred to Refresh by a good friend of mine who is a fitness instructor and has also gotten great results from Refresh. I have since then referred a few more friends that had nothing but positive things to say about the 'mother and daughter' who own the clinic so I don't know what side of the bed you woke up on Jane, but it is very unfortunate you need to attack a small family run business they way that you did. I highly recommend Refresh. "Jane's" review is a joke I actually laughed.
