    Abeygail loves her balls.
    Keven B.

In keeping with your mission statement of always providing quality care for your clients, it is unfortunate that I am having to write this review, especially during these unprecedented times. Our groomer, Christina, had transferred our dogs care to the pet parlor after leaving the Dog Spaw due to the dogs being mishandled. I have been taking our yellow lab, Abeygail, to the parlor for her grooming for almost a year now. I followed our groomer over there because I just love the way she grooms Abey and appreciated the heads up on the Dog Spaw. For the last few weeks since the owner, Idi, reopened after the COVID shutdown I have gotten the run around as far as a grooming appointment and the whereabouts of our groomer. At first Idi advised she would get back to me for an appointment. When I didn't hear from the owner I called her again and she said Christina was making her own appointments and that she would call herself. Again I waited several days without a call back. When I called again the owner said Christina hadn't called back because she didn't think Christina wanted to groom Abey anymore. I asked why, but she couldn't give me an answer. I have a yellow lab whom has always been calm for her appointments so this sounded curious to me. I asked if Christina could call back and I could talk to her directly. The owner said she would give her the message, yet still I didn't hear from Christina. Then the owner messaged on Sunday and advised Christina no longer worked there. She also said she didn't want Abeygail coming into her parlor anymore because she felt threatened by me. I am not writing this review to ruin the owners business and would just like some honesty and to be treated professionally. Just be honest and forthright that Christina was no longer working there and I needed to find a new groomer. That is all that needed to happen instead of making up stories about Christina's phone being turned off for 2 weeks and that she was taking clients, but didn't want to take Abeygail anymore. The owner said she felt threatened by me because I advised I would be placing a review of this incident on Yelp. if I had known Abeygail was no longer welcomed in her parlor for a grooming I could have searched for another groomer weeks ago.

Our dogs love it here! Our go to spot for getting the pups groomed. Appointments are required and need to book early.

Not only is Lali the best groomer around, but her prices are fair and she does her best to accommodate her clientele.

I don't know how many people it takes to trim a dogs nails but they both went to the back, and left a dog, strapped and unattended on the grooming table. That poor dog was shaking and whining the entire time (which was really only about 5 minutes but still not cool). The lady brought my dog back out and I looked down and saw blood on my poor pups paw. Of course, I said "omg is she bleeding?!" And the lady said "oh is she?" Then after she took a look she said "oh yeah, I cut a little close on that nail but I put quick stop on it so it's fine" I'm sure it's difficult to cut a dog's nails but that's why I brought her somewhere to see someone experienced. She did not have the appropriate or expected response to the fact that she hurt my dog. Also their manners left a lot to be desired. Overall, I am not satisfied with my experience at all. My dog was hurt and the other dog was clearly in distress. I would not return or recommend this place to anyone.

He was fine the next day so we didn't think much of it. The next time we took him in after I got him home my truck was filled with blood! She had cut his rear nail too short and it was bleeding everywhere. It took us two hours to stop the bleeding! If that wasn't bad enough, he started limping on his front paw. We checked it and in between his foot pad it was cut up I assume from the clippers to cut the hair between his paws. We put Neosporin on it, then wrapped up for several days changing out the gauze twice a day for several days. He seems better today. We called and left a message with no return call. Do yourself and your pet a favor and go elsewhere.

My one girl had an eye contusion after the first appointment. I worried that he was frustrated and rough with my dogs. The straw that finally made me quit his service was yesterday when Miguel pulls into my driveway, outside my 3-bay garage. Plenty of concrete to drive on, but this guy proceeds to drive off the concrete and run over one of my landscape lights. I was yelling at him to stop but nope .. he hit the light anyway. When I walked up to him in his vehicle he said he was upset that I yelled at him, to which I replied (not yelling) that customers would't yell at him if he would not run over landscape lighting. The fellow said he wouldn't groom my dogs since I had yelled at him and that was fine with me. There are better and more responsible vendors out there who don't complain about the dogs they work with and who are overall more responsible. As I said earlier, my one Cavalier had an eye contusion appear right after the latest grooming by Miguel. Run, don't walk, away from 4 Paws Mobile Grooming.

As a result, when you order from this company, you'll receive broken, faulty merchandise and he will not honor his return policy. Some comments on Amazon reveal this as well. IT IS A SCAM. For $371.05, I purchased a dog jogger/stroller in October 2016. This amount was less than what it sold for at Amazon because the owner knowingly sent a defective product, but he failed to tell me that was the reason for the discount. When I received the product, the front wheel shook when walking or jogging. I contacted Matthys and he said he received a lot of complaints stating the same. Matthys said that if I held on, he would send me a new front wheel that worked but that he had to work things out with his manufacturer/engineers first. In writing, at my request, he also wrote that he would give back a full refund if he was unable to send out a working wheel. For months, Matthys kept telling me that he was busy and never got around to it. Finally, he sent me another wheel and the same thing happened -it shook when I walked or jogged. I told this to him and he admitted that he could see that it was shaking in the video I sent him. He then told me that he was going to get with his manufacturer and engineers about it. More time went by with him saying he hadn't gotten around to it. I finally told him I wanted my money back and he refused. Going out of my way to be with a small business worked against me and had he been honest, that would have been frustrating but doable. Going out of my way to be patient with a small business that tricks and lies to their customers to get rid of faulty products so they don't bear the costs of their own mistakes is unacceptable.
