I have found this shop, and had no idea how close to our house it was, 4 miles are you kidding me? We went in with no expectations and let them do their thing saying "Puppy Cut" for both. When we picked them up I could not have been more surprised and pleased; I almost cried, they had put bows in Bella Paisley's hair!! I was so delighted (Bella is our Shih Tzu) of course they were out by the time we got home lol. Blondie, our mixed breed looked beautiful and even cut!! The most exciting part, this was the least amount of money we have paid since we lived in Chicago! Seriously! When she gave me the total I had to ask, "For Both? Really?" I wanted to hug her! I try to cut out any that I find. My dog is well cared for. Anyway, I received a call from the groomer. She said they would not be able to get him dried if they gave him a bath. I took him in at 8:30 A.M. She said he had difficulty standing. (Of course he does, he is a large breed and gets tired.)She said she was able to shave him, mostly on the floor. (I've seen videos of other groomers doing that.) Essentially, they did not want to continue with him. She even shaved his tail!!! My dog's beautiful, fluffy tail looks like an extra appendage! You don't shave a dog's tail.! There are long tufts of fur that were missed and the shaving was uneven. I went to pick him up and they charged $250!!!! They charged double what I would have expected for a complete grooming package. This was an incompetent, lazy, incomplete job.Then, I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip! (Incredulous!!) Anyone that operates a business needs to learn that, they do not "work for themselves;they work for the people paying them, ie., the customers. The facility was also rather offensive with odor as soon as I walked through the door. (I've been to other groomers and have never been met with bad odors, especially upon entry.) Perhaps, of you have a small pet, the experience may be fine. Otherwise, stay away from Bubbles Bath and Beyond.

Took her out after paying and I'm quite sure that she had been holding it for hours first of all. Next, when I got her home, she drank 3 full bowls of water - so not sure when she had some last. A 3rd disappointment was that she's on allergy meds - I took them and explained to the owner that she got one per day in a pill pocket (also taken in with her). No meds were given AT ALL. Lastly, the groomer who checked me out couldn't have cared less whether she was cared for or not and had her in a tiny cage (she's 56 pounds). Afraid my days of boarding there are 2 and done.

Our dogs have never looked better! I won't go anywhere else! I couldn't believe the difference the first time we had them groomed at Million Dollar Dog! Brittany does a fantastic job with them. Their ears have never been cleaner and their coats look great! All of the staff really love the dogs and treat them like their own. We always get a report on how they did and if there is anything we need to keep an eye on. I also love that they have a self-serve area where you can bathe your dog yourself. They supply everything, you just do the washing. I recommend them to everyone that has a dog!

Then received a call back from Gayle who rudely explained to me that I should not have replied Cancel in their text and tried to explain to me how it was my problem of my "mistake" to reply Cancel.
