Basically you are getting warm water and a place to bathe your dog. *--- Bring your own dog shampoo and cream rinse or tick flea killer. *--- Bring YOUR OWN blowdryer. *--AIR IS COLD from DIY blowdryer. The dispensing machine costs $10 for 8 steps. The shampoo that WAS SUPPOSED to come out was virtually absent. ZERO LATHER. There were a scant amount of bubbles, seen at the bottom of the bathing tub. Same with crème rinse. ZERO dispensing of crème rinse. A woman at the other station kindly let me use her dog shampoo. The other woman commented, "These machines never work. They are always 'empty'". The blowdryer was ALARMING COLD. My poor dog shivered violently I finally stopped and wrapped him in a towel and got him outside as soon as possible. $ At a dollar a minute I fully expect materials (shampoo, crème rinse) to work. Could have been a positive experience if EITHER the machine supplies were adequate. Warm blowdryer. I gave this business a one, because I did like the washing bin. I won't be back.

I hate to leave my dog anywhere and I have cancelled trips to stay with Rettung. But, I believe Rettung likes to go here more than he likes being with me! This place has it ALL! This is an actual RESORT for pets! They have beautiful rooms, awesome beds, TVs(yes, TVs!), SWIMMING POOL, and plenty of activities for the pets/FAMILY! They constantly place pictures on Facebook. They have veterinarians close by and the pets are SECURE. The whole complex is IMMACULATELY clean! I know business is about making money, but I do not get that "feeling" here. The staff really does appear to love their jobs and the pets. I have YET to pick Rettung up one time when he wasn't clean and looking great. I WILL NOT take Rettung anywhere else if I have to board him! They have a customer forever! Thanks again for taking care of my pet/family member! Trey and Rettung!

They knew the pet was in danger of developing sores, the owner was partially disabled, and the area vet had no availability for weeks. After telling her we would leave a poor review, got a reply about some family issues, and while we understand, a simple 'won't be able to do it' reply would have saved my girl days of suffering, as we would have gone to the ER vet.

Melody and Coy were great to work with. They came out to my house to bathe and groom my Husky (a…read morerescue) and our German Shepherd. Not only did I not have to cart my dogs across town, but Melody and Coy took extra time to make sure my dogs, who are not well socialized, felt safe and secure throughout the entire process. By the end of the session both dogs were calm and they looked and smelled amazing. I had reservations going into the appointment as to how my pets would handle the stress of bathtime with strangers, but wow they handled it amazingly. I was so impressed by this team that I scheduled our next appointment on the spot. I will never use any other grooming services. Melody's Miracles has a customer for life.
