This is an actual RESORT for pets! They have beautiful rooms, awesome beds, TVs(yes, TVs!), SWIMMING POOL, and plenty of activities for the pets/FAMILY! They constantly place pictures on Facebook. They have veterinarians close by and the pets are SECURE. The whole complex is IMMACULATELY clean! I know business is about making money, but I do not get that "feeling" here. The staff really does appear to love their jobs and the pets. I have YET to pick Rettung up one time when he wasn't clean and looking great. We were met by Roxanne and Martha who are also absolute angels. Tori is Martha's right hand girl and protective lol so precious. Everyone that we've met who works or volunteers for this organization has been wonderful. Of course, leave it to these angels to do God's work. Be sure to bring any donations to their adoption events in McKinney or Propser Petsmart on the second and fourth Sundays of every month.

I caught them several times, then I asked for explanations and they got hostile. Rude, liars... They need to get new admin staff. They have no customer service skills. They lie and then they deny lying. It's the craziest thing I've ever witnessed. Rude. I've been a customer too long to be treated so poorly. Costco is a LOT CHEAPER on prescription medications. RRV makes it nearly impossible to get the prescription printed and/or sent to Costco. Some hogwash line that they can't do it to it and another lie; it takes days to get the prescription processed. RRV made it so hard to get a prescription printed out, they want you to purchase prescription medications from them for a lot more money. And their famous line is....it's against the law! Basically you are getting warm water and a place to bathe your dog. *--- Bring your own dog shampoo and cream rinse or tick flea killer. *--- Bring YOUR OWN blowdryer. *--AIR IS COLD from DIY blowdryer. The dispensing machine costs $10 for 8 steps. The shampoo that WAS SUPPOSED to come out was virtually absent. ZERO LATHER. There were a scant amount of bubbles, seen at the bottom of the bathing tub. Same with crème rinse. ZERO dispensing of crème rinse. A woman at the other station kindly let me use her dog shampoo. The other woman commented, "These machines never work. They are always 'empty'". The blowdryer was ALARMING COLD. My poor dog shivered violently I finally stopped and wrapped him in a towel and got him outside as soon as possible. $ At a dollar a minute I fully expect materials (shampoo, crème rinse) to work. Could have been a positive experience if EITHER the machine supplies were adequate. Warm blowdryer. I gave this business a one, because I did like the washing bin. I won't be back.

They have always been kind and caring. We've been going here for over 2 years. Our dog is battling…read moreleukemia and they have all been patient and sweet. Dr. Darby knows her stuff. She sent us to oncologist for opinion. Unfortunately the cancer is to aggressive to do anything but steroids. These people are a great bunch of animal lovers. I know some people say they are high but in 2 years I have paid so much less than I expected and what other vets charge is so much higher. Dr. Darby is the best vet in Grayson County.
