Amanda is so attentive to his grooming needs, and her loving and gentle mannerism with any breed I've seen her groom is beyond compare. I think my Shadrach even looks forward to getting groomed. His face lights up and he gets excited every time I tell him he's going to visit Amanda. We moved from Texas to Oklahoma and we still use Snoopy's Spa. Well worth the trip!!!!!

Sassy seemed very comfortable with Amanda from the time I left her until I picked her up 1 Hr later! Amanda did a beautiful grooming job on her and she looked adorable when I went to get her! As soon as Sassy got done I received a text she was ready to be picked up! We will definitely be back.

I hate to leave my dog anywhere and I have cancelled trips to stay with Rettung. But, I believe Rettung likes to go here more than he likes being with me! This place has it ALL! This is an actual RESORT for pets! They have beautiful rooms, awesome beds, TVs(yes, TVs!), SWIMMING POOL, and plenty of activities for the pets/FAMILY! They constantly place pictures on Facebook. They have veterinarians close by and the pets are SECURE. The whole complex is IMMACULATELY clean! I know business is about making money, but I do not get that "feeling" here. The staff really does appear to love their jobs and the pets. I have YET to pick Rettung up one time when he wasn't clean and looking great. They knew the pet was in danger of developing sores, the owner was partially disabled, and the area vet had no availability for weeks. After telling her we would leave a poor review, got a reply about some family issues, and while we understand, a simple 'won't be able to do it' reply would have saved my girl days of suffering, as we would have gone to the ER vet.

Melody and Coy were great to work with. They came out to my house to bathe and groom my Husky (a…read morerescue) and our German Shepherd. Not only did I not have to cart my dogs across town, but Melody and Coy took extra time to make sure my dogs, who are not well socialized, felt safe and secure throughout the entire process. By the end of the session both dogs were calm and they looked and smelled amazing. I had reservations going into the appointment as to how my pets would handle the stress of bathtime with strangers, but wow they handled it amazingly. I was so impressed by this team that I scheduled our next appointment on the spot. I will never use any other grooming services. Melody's Miracles has a customer for life.
