This is an actual RESORT for pets! They have beautiful rooms, awesome beds, TVs(yes, TVs!), SWIMMING POOL, and plenty of activities for the pets/FAMILY! They constantly place pictures on Facebook. They have veterinarians close by and the pets are SECURE. The whole complex is IMMACULATELY clean! I know business is about making money, but I do not get that "feeling" here. The staff really does appear to love their jobs and the pets. I have YET to pick Rettung up one time when he wasn't clean and looking great. They knew the pet was in danger of developing sores, the owner was partially disabled, and the area vet had no availability for weeks. After telling her we would leave a poor review, got a reply about some family issues, and while we understand, a simple 'won't be able to do it' reply would have saved my girl days of suffering, as we would have gone to the ER vet.

Melody and Coy were great to work with. They came out to my house to bathe and groom my Husky (a…read morerescue) and our German Shepherd. Not only did I not have to cart my dogs across town, but Melody and Coy took extra time to make sure my dogs, who are not well socialized, felt safe and secure throughout the entire process. By the end of the session both dogs were calm and they looked and smelled amazing. I had reservations going into the appointment as to how my pets would handle the stress of bathtime with strangers, but wow they handled it amazingly. I was so impressed by this team that I scheduled our next appointment on the spot. I will never use any other grooming services. Melody's Miracles has a customer for life.

They never leave hungry or thirsty and they sleep so well from the play time they receive while at Red River Pet Resort. We have a grand champion bully that has been there multiple times and she gets excited when we pull up and walks in like she owns the place. I was hesitant about going through this whole process altogether because of past experiences but this has been one of the best. I fell in love with our newest family member as soon as Karnee brought him out. I read reviews both good and some negative that I read but I just had to see for myself and I am sooo glad I did.
