The steak taco was good as well, but if I weren't going back to Fort Worth tonight I'd be going back for three more al pastor tacos. Only to have an outdoor tent dining experience. I got it here in Texas! The vibe was nostalgic and delightful. From the familiar Vietnamese playlist, to the cool weather to the warmth from the heat lamps. It was the perfect recipe to make an effortless family night out. We went through the entire menu it seems like since there were 9 of us. Everything was nicely executed. I did not get to try the drinks, but my siblings loved theirs. I look forward to going back again to venture more of the menu and seasonal options. Until then, Korea will have to wait.

The setup was organized and efficient, and service moved at a steady pace so no one was waiting too long. The food had great flavor, especially the smoked meats and sides, though a couple items could have been a bit warmer by the time everyone was served. Portions were generous, and there was enough variety to keep the group happy. Communication leading up to the event was smooth and professional. With just a little more consistency, this would easily be a five-star experience.

None of them tasted authentic! Tandoor is being made in a food truck!! If it's not a clay oven it's not tandoor! Period!! Wouldn't mind if it was good at least and i don't care how ever you make it. Not looking to eat just meat!!! Pani puri water was missing the punch, Vada pav was ok, but missing with the masala in and on top of the pav. The most disappointing was the chicken tandoori, chicken tikka & the simple chicken fried rice. Tandoori and tikka looked the same but tasted slight different & came with flavored rice. The rice was cooked few hours ago and was dry and grainy. Fried rice had mixed flavors, was ok! Food was mediocre. Never going back.

This is the 3rd time - and this time- I came at 11:30 just BECAUSE they've always been late opening. No update on social media or anything. I always check there before wasting my gas and driving to any food truck. Absolutely no communication. I called- phone straight to voicemail. Each time. I walk up to the truck and it looked like someone was in there moving around but no one came out. I drove twenty minutes to get here too. On my lunch break. Smh. Gas is too high, and time is too valuable to keep trying to support a business that doesn't abide by their hours. Food was flavorful when I got to try them the first try- but the chicken was dry. I doubt I waste any more time here.
