Didn't even get to enjoy or even eat my shaved ice. I will never go here again! My first experience and my last experience! I called to leave my number for the owner but they never got back to see what the problem was. Plus it would be nice if they had drink carriers as well. Just imagine trying to drive home with 5 shaved ice and two people when all the ice melted to liquid because the worker messed up our order and never fixed it.

I was also hoping to order a pup cup of sorts which is not on the menu but they graciously served up a plain snow cone which seemed to hit the spot for Betty Spagetty (pictured below). Friendly customer service and an overall fun and speedy experience despite how busy they were. Enjoy!

It was my lucky day when some friends told me that they were coming to their neighborhood. I jumped on the chance to go to the truck. They parked on a side street and we were able to hop in line and get some good iceee treats, they had the set up that you could ask for different flavors and sizes. It's a basic but good set up, I love the tiger's blood flavor, so I got a large size and enjoyed it. I'm a creature of habit, but there are also a lot of flavor options, strawberry, blueberry, like, cherry. It's a friendly group of people and they are safe and wear masks and gloves, I noticed they take cash or card when you pay for your icee. It's something the whole family can enjoy, pro tip, champagne goes well in the tigers blood flavor @_foogs

The girl working this evening told me she was new and couldn't really explain the menu combos or how the menu board worked. My kids got two small shaved ice cups and neither were happy. I brought up a post this store had back on June 18th and showed to her. She was clueless on how to create and didn't bother looking for more info about the dole whip float looking post. I was not impressed with the combo and we ended up dumping the cups in the trash and going down to Libby's. Waste of my $20. They do carry Hershey ice cream which is very good, had I come in for ice cream or even been given better customer service I would have gone that route. The service was just okay. The lady behind the counter wasn't too helpful or friendly when it came to helping my mom who was there for the first time.
