Just what this hot day called for. We've been wanting to stop by here for quite some time so we made a point out it with this recent visit to Noblesville for the farmers market and peony festival. Paradise Shaved Ice offers up a variety of Dole whip flavors (which I didn't know are vegan!), shaved ice and ice cream by the scoop (sugar and waffle cones available). We were on a mission for a tropical/beachy-flavored snow cone and ordered a combo of pineapple, orange and coconut topped with cream. It was perfection! I was also hoping to order a pup cup of sorts which is not on the menu but they graciously served up a plain snow cone which seemed to hit the spot for Betty Spagetty (pictured below). Being up in Noblesville on such a hot day this was a perfect spot to cool off. Britt S. had the same idea going here after the Peony Festival at the local Seminary Park. They have a lot on the menu with lots of combinations. The strawberry shortcake sounded good and I added vanilla soft serve at the bottom of it. You know when you eat a shaved ice and it runs out of flavor? This doesn't happen to these. It was good! The Dole Whips also sound great! It's very tropical inside and a great place to grab a cool treat on a hot day. read more

A treasure of Noblesville. Authentic shaved ice in as many flavor combinations as you could possibly ever want. Their dole whips are fantastic. All the flavors I've tried so far have been so good. Their portions are generous and I can't see anyone needing more than a $2 flat top honestly! Lastly, it's nice to see teens hired in a teen-appropriate work position. Times are hard and so many adults are having to take starter jobs, I'm happy to see teens getting a chance to have jobs too. read more

This place is great. The shaved ice soaks up the flavors. The flavors are so good too. The ice cream at the bottom is just icing on the cake. My banana split tasted better than a regular banana split. I had apple cobbler last time and it was great. The dole is vegan friendly. This place is LGBTQ friendly. read more

Who likes Disney pineapple dole whip? I do!! And it's what initially brought me here. Alas, the flavors aren't spot on. But it's a good substitute. They also have orange dole whip, shaved ice and rolled ice cream. And if you buy 7, they have punch cards so you get one free. This is not somewhere that I would go out of my way for.. but def a sweet treat if you are in the area. The dole whip is served in little styrofoam 6oz cup.. so not the best packaging, but I think it was only around $3 and a small business so not a terrible value. read more

Good stuff! I tried Tiger's blood with strawberry dole on the bottom. The flavors were delicious together and I loved that. The ice was super high and gave me a brain freeze. The inside area is pretty small so a line forms quickly outside. read more

Love this place! We love the dole whip. The snow cones aren't my favorite but the dole whip is definitely worth coming for.

This place is nasty. Whenever you walk in the store you hear how sticky it is. Seems the floor has not been mopped in a while. Their dole whip machines tend to be broken every time I come. If you look past the counter and at the floor which is supposed to be white tile, all you see is dirt on that tile. Based on how dirty I cannot imagine how nasty the rest of the store is, especially in places that customers cannot see. If you are in the mood for shaved ice I could consider the other locations if you care about your food being prepared in a clean environment. read more

You know how the fair comes, and you get pineapple Dole Whip, and all seems right in the world? Then, it's over, and you either have to wait a year or make a trip to Disney to get it again? Well, not if you head up to Noblesville and stop at Paradise. Paradise Shaved Ice is definitely a misnomer. They have way more than that. I was here for the dole whip, so while I'm sure the ice cream and shaved ice are amazing, I can't review those. It's located in a plaza in Noblesville, so there's ample parking. There may be a line if the weather is nice, but the staff was super accommodating and got our things prepared really quickly. There's limited seating both inside and out. They have 7 flavors of dole whip and you can combine any of them. I tried mango, pineapple, vanilla, and raspberry. All of them were delicious but pineapple is still the fave, with raspberry coming in second. Do yourself a favor and try them all. read more

Ok so what had happened was.... I was laying by the pool scrolling thru the Facebook and on my neighborhood group page someone posted about a shaved ice spot less than 5 min from my place. So naturally my inner child is yelling "Yaaaaaaaas!" I hopped in the car and took my happy little butt in. It's a small little place with the nicest folks and a ridiculous amount of options!!! I saw an announcement on a Facebook group about this new place opening in Noblesville. Being the snow cone lover that I am, I had to check it out! Paradise is a small shop located on the end of a strip mall. They sure offer a lot for a small store front! There is the shaved ice, dole whip, rolled ice cream, and kettle corn. There is talk of hard scoop ice cream being offered in the future. The shaved ice is packed over the top and nice and fine. But the ratio of syrup to ice wasn't as much as I was hoping for. The syrup does not last in the top of the ice and I think more syrup would help. I love the wide range of syrup flavors offered! Just wish I got more of it in the ice. The dole whip is wonderfully refreshing! My favorite is the mango. It is full of flavor and not heavy. The perfect hot day pick me up! You can even mix the dole whip flavors. Paradise recently got their rolled ice cream working. They offer preset flavors. I got the Reese's flavor and ask for chocolate to be added to make the ice cream chocolate. The staff is still learning the right recipe so my ice cream wasn't very chocolate but it did have a great Reese's flavor! Topped with whipped cream and chocolate syrup! I thought it was the perfect amount of ice cream. Looking forward to going back and trying more flavors! I am most excited about the rolled ice cream and dole whip being in Noblesville. The decor is like an island vacation. I'm glad to have such a large offering of flavors in town! read more

I was excited to come get yummy shaved ice since I saw a friend post that Paradise Shaved Ice had opened! They are right near Riverview Hospital. They have a large parking lot, but it was busy when we got there. The line didn't take too long though. Only so many people inside due to distancing and the fact it is not a very large place. They did have two tables, but everyone stood outside or by their cars. I was glad I had seen then post the flavors on Facebook so that we could figure out what we wanted while we waited. My husband went with Blue Hawaiian with pineapple dole whip under it! I felt like I wanted to try something new since I always lean to pineapple with coconut. I picked the Cherry Berry Daiquiri to mix it up. I also added the pineapple dole whip. I asked for them to use sugar free cherry and pineapple flavors. I am super glad they have sugar free, although it is not an extensive list. I wanted to stick with strawberry so kept it regular. They were super nice and even asked if I wanted to change that flavor. I can't decide if I regret my choice. My husband's was amazing. Mine wasn't as colorful on top, but once I got down the cup a bit there was a ton more of the syrup and it was much better. Large might have been a bit much, but we were hot and excited. It really goes over the rim with the added dole whip. I also eat so slow that my ice cream was completely melted! I was sad. I know it was down there since I could taste it. I used a straw to finish. Next time I will get either or and not mixed. I think I was so excited for the dole whip and now I need to go back and just get it soon. It was fun to see other flavors in dole whip as well. I also wish there were more seats. It's in a strip mall and there was just one bench that I saw. We sat in our car. People stood by the street in the grass and just around the parking lot. read more

We loved it. My husband has a dreamsicle dole whip and I had a lime/cherry dole whip. It was delicious. Only reason I gave a 4 is because there was a smell to the place that I did not care for and they had two wobbly picnic tables. But... if it was warmer or I lived closer I would have went outside or home or the square or something :) read more

Count me in! I have to admit, I've been here more times than I can count, on my fingers and toes. It's my families favorite treat spot. The staff is patient, friendly, and kind. This shaved ice is smooth, and not too crunchy. The dole whip at the bottom kick it up a notch. The hand dipped ice cream is absolutely delicious and I enjoy the range of unique flavors.
