Caltas 24/7 gym is connected to Punch, so all the benefits of Caltas gym is included in the punch membership. This means I can box in the boxing gym and then switch over and lift weights right next door. It's extremely nice and convenient. Punch also has a variety of classes that you can take. I partake in a kickboxing class every Tuesday and Thursday. Boxing is such a fun way for me to workout without being bored with the same routine of showing up at a gym and simply lifting weights. I honestly love this place and highly recommend this to people looking for a new way to get fit and have fun doing it.
