TITLE Boxing Club Fishhawk deserves ZERO stars. This is hands down the worst company I've ever dealt with. They trap you in a membership and make it nearly impossible to cancel, even if you've moved out of state! They refuse to take cancellations over the phone, by text, or even by email--forcing you to keep paying for something you can't use. Their customer service? Absolutely appalling. The staff is rude, condescending, and makes you feel like garbage. It's almost like they enjoy degrading their members. I regret the day I ever walked into this club. This place is a disgrace to the fitness industry and a nightmare for anyone who values respect and decent service. Run, don't walk, away from TITLE Boxing Club Fishhawk. You've been warned--this place is the definition of horrible. Save your money and sanity! Update::::: Yet again, I am requesting the elusive cancellation form that has conveniently been withheld despite my repeated, polite requests. I have scoured your website and, predictably, found no such form. It's remarkable how a company so relentless in billing its members fails to uphold even basic honesty when asked to end an unwanted service. Furthermore, I'm aware of false claims made suggesting I owe money, which seems like an attempt to slander my name. I'm asking one last time: send me the cancellation form by email so I can officially end my association with this dishonest and horrible company. Totally unbiased! Great place. Great coaches. Now they're offering strength and conditioning classes (similar to CrossFit). Love it!!!

I decided That I should update this review and add 2 stars. I began going back to a few classes a month through ClassPass. The quality of the instructors has improved greatly. They have gotten back to instructors that know how to fight and help improve technique at all levels. The class is much more fun and interesting. My only gripe is the instructors don't seem to be on a steady schedule right now and it's hard to know when the one I like most will be there. They are all good right now though. read more

If you are looking for a combination strength and cardio work out, this is a great place. That being said, here goes the rest of the review. I took the free introductory kickboxing class and I came away disappointed, because there is ZERO proper technique taught here. Proper stance and foot work? NO! Proper body mechanics and punching / kicking technique? NO They don't even permit sparring here! There is no doubt in my mind that you can or will loose weight and burn calories here but without proper technique someone is eventually going to get hurt flailing around at the abundance of heavy bags. While I know nothing of the cancelation process, my experience with this Club has been amazing so far! All of the coaches are really nice and motivating. They are seem to help and work with as many people as they can while also teaching a very rigorous boxing class. I enjoy my time there no matter what trainer I get. However, the family favorite is Harland! Even though he doesn't teach many classes, they are always fun! And don't be insecure, people of all sizes and skill level are a part of this gym. :) 10/10 would recommend! read more

Title Boxing Club Fishawk FL. what a nightmare to deal with. Especially with younger people. Seems like they are greedy people and they wait 4/5 months and then slap the individual with a heft bill! My son, Miller joined there 5 months prior to November 27th. At the time his grandmother just died from Covid and was trying to find his way. He only had a part time job but wanted to box at the same time. He paid cash to them but then after a while he stopped because he could no longer afford it. He was 19 at the time. He even called them. Fast forward 5 months later right before Thanksgiving he received a bill from a Collections agency no doubt! $500+. No one had even reached out to him prior, there was no credit card on file. 2/3 days is not enough for a teenager to even decide weather or not they want to commit to the schedule of boxing. And if their business ethics are so well thought out why would someone need to sign a contract or subscribe? Well needless to say my son called the owner and pleaded with them, then tried to settle with them but to no avail the greedy and sleezy owner of the club that day wanted all $500 in a jiffy! This is a business without a heart or a conscience. They should not be in the health and wellness industry. My teenage kid was stressed out by being put into collections over zero notice from them! Crappy place to train, trainers are not motivated to train you UNLESS you're hot or beautiful. I talked to former trainers here and management are really greedy when it comes to trainers. They are under paid. No wonder they don't have any motivation to even just clean the place or train people. read more

Two stars because it is very dependent on which trainer you get. One guy does a good class but seems to not really care if he's there or not. One day he just sat on the floor against a pole when he taught. Another guy likes throwing left punches, like 3 to 1 lefts to right punches. His class is also super fast with changes from one thing to another literally every 10 seconds or so. You don't have a chance to master anything. It's very confusing to everyone in class. Adriel is very good, as is Tiffani. I was very excited at first, but am thinking of going elsewhere now. Boxing is a great workout, but I don't have time to change my schedule to try to get a good instructor. Also seems like there is some underlying issues that affects moral there. Not sure what it is, but they don't seem like a happy bunch. read more

Wow, I'm really surprised at the previous reviews. I joined Title about 2 months ago. I love this place. The trainers most definitely go over technique... Constantly. In fact, I was getting lazy with my jab punches today and our trainer quickly told me where I was going wrong and fixed my stance and where my power was coming from. And I am certainly not hot or beautiful(as referenced in the previous review.) I see these trainers helping everyone during class. I mean, if it's a huge class you can only get to so many people in an hour and still conduct a rigorous workout. Many times if you a trainer doesn't get to you they are available to answer any questions for you afterwards. Anyway, it's a great place to work out, everyone there is serious and ready to go, I started at 215 lbs and I've lost weight . I feel stronger than I ever have and went down 2 sizes. I say give it a try, it's a good workout everytime and everyone , participants and trainers, are very nice and encouraging. read more

The classes started off fun and everyone was extremely welcoming when I first started... Mostly to get you to sign up! The told me everything I wanted to hear, I wasn't sure if this was going to be the right place for me because I was starting a new job, they assured me I could cancel my membership within 90 days if it didn't work out... So I signed up and after 2 months I was barely able to make classes, I called up and cancelled. The women assured me I was okay to cancel and if their was an issue the owner would call me. 2 weeks later no call, but they continued to take the monthly fee out of my bank account. When I called to complain they said the previous 2 people I talked to no longer worked there and they couldn't cancel my membership. I then had to talk to the owner who refuses to reimburse me, even though I had already cancelled 2 weeks prior. Awful Customer Service!!! IF you still want to risk it I wish you the best of luck, but your workout truly depends on which trainer you get!! read more

I was very excited to join this gym with my 8 year old daughter. However I was not able to continue because I reinjured my knee during the class. I then attempted to cancel my membership WITH a doctors note, where they made it super difficult to do. In the documents it is not clear with policy of cancellation, only that a doctors note would need to be provided. However when I provided it, I was advised since it was a family plan I could not cancel it per policy. I reviewed the policy that I signed and NOWHERE on there did it state that would be a problem. So they expected me to pay a family plan and have only my daughter who can't drive herself, attend the class. They froze my account for a few months and stated they could not cancel it. A few months later the account was reactivated and my banking account was charged. I reached back out and was finally able to close my account however was advised I could not get a refund for the prior month they charged. I strongly agree that you should clarify the policy before signing, because they are bullies and expect you to pay for a service you are NOT receiving. The class are fun and instructors are great, but they really need to look into a fix for this because sh*t happens. read more

I moved to Tampa for Grad school and wanted something effective to loss body fat percentage, fun, and quick to fit in my tight schedule. I didn't have time for traditional weight lifting like I did before. I read reviews on Title boxing and went to my first free class. It was the hardest hour of my life. I considered myself pretty fit but I was wrong. I joined that day and have been going 3-4 times a week. They are welcoming and make you feel like you are part of a team. It will be the hardest hour of your life. You will be drench in sweat and leave smelling like a dirty sock. It's challenging mentally and physically but you feel amazing afterwards. Andddd for the price you get personal training and unlimited times you want to attend. You can't beat that. I've had Harland, Wayne, Nestor, Kevin 's classes and they are all amazing. You can take breaks if you need to but they push you to not give up! Every class is like staring over which keeps your body guessing. One of the best investments I have made for myself. I love Title Boxing !!! read more
