Examples: -Last year I asked to move my class from one open class to another because my sister went into labor and they said they couldn't waive the $12 late cancel fee (due to company policy) -This morning I was :15 seconds over the time where you can be late to class and I was not let in (due to company policy) -That same sister who went into labor didn't feel like the workout was safe to do through her her pregnancy (due to drs orders) and tried to cancel and was charged for two months she couldn't use. She understood and asked if she could have her husband or father use those 2 months since again, her fitness level wasn't enough high enough to safely do HIIT while pregnant - they said no (due to company policy). They still call her every week to get her to rejoin. If you're looking for a great workout - it's hard to not to love OTF, but seriously weigh other options and read the Reddit before joining.

Let me list a few things that peaked my interest. 1) There are structured classes such as Zumba, Yoga, Lo Impact Aerobics, Tai Chi, Cardio Boxing,Water fitness, Cycle, etc. 2) There are free weights, treadmills, elliptical, exercise bikes, ladder, weight systems, TRX suspension, and other fitness equipment. 3) There is a sauna and pool inside the facility. The pool's water is generally 80-86 degrees. 4) There are daily lockers for use, showers, changing rooms, etc. 5) For parents, there's an onsite childcare room. 6) Offers 1-year and 2-year memberships -- I thought it was very economical for full-facility use including classes, pool, and sauna. ABS Fitness are money-hungry crooks who only care about their own financial gain. I had canceled my appointment and services with Abby a week in advance due to financial aid screwing up my finances related to nursing school. The loan money I was using to pay for Abby's services now had to be used to pay off my last quarter of nursing school because of financial aid miscalculations. A situation I honestly had no control over. I genuinely enjoyed my sessions with Abby, but I was so confused when I texted Abby about my situation and the reason I had to end my services and never got a response from her. That is when I saw a $200 on my card even though I canceled in advance. I messaged Abby again, and no response. Then a week later, I was charged another $800. I messaged Abby for a third time to tell her the money she took out was the money I needed to pay for my classes. I stated in my text because of her $800 charge on my account, my school dropped all my classes for my last quarter of nursing school. I have no way to pay because the $800 charge put my account in the negative. Abby's response to my message begging her to give me the money back was to block me. So now I have no way to pay for my final semester of nursing school when I worked so hard to get to the end. The sad part is during our session Abby told me how much she struggled growing up and how she emphasizes and understands financial struggles, then, for her to turn around and do this literally made me break down crying. I know her business will respond on here to save their reputation, but for however reading this just know I couldn't even be contacted privately.
