The cleaning staff that came to my home did not know many of the specifics of things we wanted cleaned. Also, we had to ask them to go over many parts of the house as their effort was minimal. They were kind to us and gladly went over the spots, but still, we did NOT get our money's worth. 6 bedrooms in our house and all the did was vacuum, maybe dusted the baseboards a bit. Why did I pay so much money for that? It was just disappointing. It was a busy time of year, and I know it's hard to manage a small business, but the communication with Cleaning Frenzy was ridiculous. Will not be giving my money to them again.

Recently, I moved in with my boyfriend and we decided that we should resume cleaning services. I ended up going with another service very briefly who was terribly unreliable. So I called Cleaning Frenzy. Not only are their rates very reasonable, but they were able to book a cleaning for me right away! Apparently the company has changed ownership, but the service is still amazing as ever. My cleaning team (Reina and her partner) were on time, very nice, worked very efficiently, and left our home absolutely sparkling! The service was absolutely exceptional and I'm really glad we decided to go back to Cleaning Frenzy. I won't make the mistake of looking elsewhere again!

I am ending service with this provider because…read moreduring my last cleaning the ladies put a long, deep scratch in my hardwood floors and the business owner, Lynn Smith, refuses to accept any responsibility. I was home during cleaning, and I pointed out the scratch to the cleaners before they left. It absolutely was not there when they came - it is very obvious and impossible to miss. The business owner sent out two floor experts to assess the damage - both told me that a large area would need to be refinished to ensure that the color matched. I DID NOT want to do this because it is a difficult messy process. I thought that the business owner and I could find someone to fix it to an acceptable level without this messy expensive refinish. I never got a chance to discuss this idea because when Ms. Smith called, she immediately told me she was not responsible because 1) her cleaners said they only used a Swiffer and vacuum on my floors and 2) her experts said that a Swiffer/vacuum could not make this scratch. She even said that she had to take this stand because her customers could say ANYTHING that happened was her fault and make her pay. In other words, I am an opportunist trying to make her pay for refinishing my floors. I am both injured (floor scratch) and insulted! I suggest finding another company that accepts responsibility for errors and works with the customer to find a solution, rather than assuming they are dishonest.
