My dog is WELL BEHAVED and barely looked in his direction. Called the company and the manager did not see that considered as a threat after reviewing the video footage. She called me back stating the man has dogs of his own. Maybe little pomskis but when you rearrange my furniture to not walk directly past my dog, that doesn't seem like a dog owner. Steer clear of this company and having their janitors in your homes, especially unattended. They cannot be trusted and the manager will do nothing about it. I will not stop until the company understands that they should screen their employees and sees how wrong this is!!!! Not to mention, I also caught him on camera saying he was looking for snacks laying around. Possibly to give my dog.

You guys are the best, for real and thank you all over there for being our carpet, paint and hardwood specialist. All the best, John B. McFarland, II jmac

I used Clean as a Whistle for a couple of years. I am ending service with this provider because…read moreduring my last cleaning the ladies put a long, deep scratch in my hardwood floors and the business owner, Lynn Smith, refuses to accept any responsibility. I was home during cleaning, and I pointed out the scratch to the cleaners before they left. It absolutely was not there when they came - it is very obvious and impossible to miss. The business owner sent out two floor experts to assess the damage - both told me that a large area would need to be refinished to ensure that the color matched. I DID NOT want to do this because it is a difficult messy process. I thought that the business owner and I could find someone to fix it to an acceptable level without this messy expensive refinish. I never got a chance to discuss this idea because when Ms. Smith called, she immediately told me she was not responsible because 1) her cleaners said they only used a Swiffer and vacuum on my floors and 2) her experts said that a Swiffer/vacuum could not make this scratch. She even said that she had to take this stand because her customers could say ANYTHING that happened was her fault and make her pay. In other words, I am an opportunist trying to make her pay for refinishing my floors. I am both injured (floor scratch) and insulted! I suggest finding another company that accepts responsibility for errors and works with the customer to find a solution, rather than assuming they are dishonest.

So my wife said she wanted to try someone local and contacted Tom from Restore Cleaning Solutions. From the minute she called Tom she knew she was in for amazing customer service. He was so attentive on the phone, and was actually able to come out within a few days to get the job done. When Tom arrived he explained exactly what procedure he was going to take. He then proceeded to do an incredible job. The carpets looked amazing when he was done, I never thought they could look that good again. My wife also was having issues with iron stains in our shower. She asked Tom if he had any tips for how to clean that, because she was never able to get rid of the heavy stain. Tom stopped everything he was doing, went and got a product out of his truck and then showed my wife how to use it. Next thing you know, a shower that had been stained for years was sparkling clean. Tom didn't even charge for that extra request, and seemed more than happy to help. When Tom was done, he left the house immaculate! My wife and I have dealt with a lot of contractors over the years, some good some bad. Tom falls into the rare category of A++ when it comes to dealing with a contractor that owns his business. He truly cares and seems to really enjoy what he does. In addition to all the other positives, Tom's rates are very reasonable. I would highly recommend his services, you will definitely not regret it!!
