But it is fairly common for some of them to engage in conversations entirely in their native language, including laughing, etc. I suspect this is all innocent back and forth among them, but I think it is fair to say that many Americans would consider it a bit rude. It would be unfortunate if this resulted in some customers deciding to go elsewhere. This is offered as constructive criticism and for no other reason.
