This week I took my car, an older Mercedes, to them for a routine "A" service and an inspection. I'm in Galveston county and they still require inspections. The service at the League City location was fabulous! I asked them to look at my steering wheel and also find out why my tire pressure notification continues to come on when I had my air check and all was ok? They let me know that not only did I have a screw in my tire, I also needed bearings. They were very quick and efficient with the plan to correct this issue and took me home with their transportation service. The next day my car was complete. They offered to pick me up to get my completed car. How nice to receive such wonderful service! Thank you Carlos and all the fabulous people working at Christian Brothers! You are truly kind, knowledgeable and efficient! I was very pleased to find out that Christian Brothers is national and will honor the service warranty in any location! This was truly a great experience! I can't say enough nice about my experience!

This is after I was quoted over $700 for replacement of bilateral front sway bar stabilization links by my Acura dealership. The total cost for all of the work, not including the sway bar kit that I brought in myself, was about $165.00. Very reasonable. The owner, a very informed and friendly middle eastern woman, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The owners and workers at the shop are open, honest, and efficient. In my opinion, this is the ideal local auto shop that anyone would be lucky to find. A diamond in the rough, truly. If I could give it 6 stars, then I would! I'll definitely be back, and you should too.

Last oil change I had done by them they did NOT put the oil cap back on. Lost all of my oil now the engine needs to be replaced and Miss A claims that they did not make that mistake then actually accused me of taking the oil cap off myself or had someone else do it. I called them IMMEDIATELY after they did the oil change because the light never went off and they did NOT give me a new sticker for my window. I spoke to Allison that day and was given the run around but then told me that she personally watched them do the oil change and to swing by to get a new sticker. AFTER I discovered that THE OIL CAP WAS NEVER PUT BACK ON I called Miss A, she had my car towed to "fix" it all they did was fill the oil back up and hosed off the engine. No new sticker. I ASKED HER if they checked the engine because I knew there would be issues and she claimed nothing was wrong w/ the engine assured me that everything was ok. They also lost my locking lug wheel lock key and refuse responsibility for that as well.

I have never gotten an update on what is wrong with my van. Yes, something is wrong with the transmission... but what? Absolutely the worst communication with a car repair shop that I've ever experienced. I posted my call log and txt mssg history as proof. June 10th (date of this review) I called to get an update. Was told to hold, was disconnected, and was ultimately told they'd call me back. I said I was coming to get it and take it someplace else and was told I couldn't. Then I was advised that the transmission has been taken to a different shop because they didn't have a mechanic there. "TRANSMISSIONS" is part of their name, I wasn't told they didn't have a mechanic there that could rebuild a transmission. I feel that both David and Raheem strung me along for the past 3 weeks.... both had said it would be done "Wednesday"... three Wednesdays later and I STILL don't have my van or even know for sure what failed with the transmission. I'm furious and I don't appreciate the hostility that David projected on to me when I asked for answers. As it stands, they'll call me Friday.‍‍‍‍
