It arrive today and there's absolutely no way it's a medium--I couldn't get my arms through it. I asked someone who wears a small to try it on and they couldn't either. It has to be women's sizing. Finally, it was advertised with a full price of $800, making the discount I received seem sizable. The full price on the garment tag shows it as $500, not $800. Just incredibly disappointed with my whole experience and will never shop here again.

Terrible customer service…read more Provided wrong stock counts on website for recent collection release. Refunded without warning or explanation after a considerable amount of time. For the stock that was available - waited over a month with no arrival, contacted the carrier but was referred to the 'sender' as the shipping label was created but the item was still awaiting. Meaning the stock was potentially lost sometime in-between leaving the store and arriving at the post office. Tried to avoid leaving a review but am receiving minimal clarity in their email responses. Slowly accepting will probably have to accept the loss. 10/10 will never shop here again. Hopefully Quiet Mountain Cafe will choose an alternative store to release through next time. Appalling.

They are always clearance items and the ability to try things on is unmatched. The storefront is located on Knickerbocker just two blocks from the train station. The signs clearly show what's on sale and where the deals are. I also appreciate how organized the store is. In similar stores I feel like clothes easily get mixed up, and that doesn't seem to be the issue here. The staff I have engaged with are also willing to answer any questions and check for any sizes I cannot find. I just wish it was easier to get to from my sister -- train and bus are both options, but I prefer to walk to places. But then again... I would spend way too much money LOL.

I went to a few chain stores in downtown BK but they didn't carry the brand I was looking for. The last store I went to actually recommended Outlandish. I'd walked by Outlandish many times over the years and it hadn't dawned on me that the store specifically marketed as the be-all for things hiking should have been my first pick. With no more time to waste, I headed over and was thrilled when they not only had the brand I was looking for but offered personable, excellent customer service. He seemed not only very knowledgeable on hiking gear but genuinely invested in each customer's experience and trip. After trying on three pairs, I decided on a pair and some hiking socks on recommendation and I'm so happy with my purchase. I wore them around the next day to ease into them before the trip and they are so comfy and even look nice. So happy to have come across and supported this business and highly recommend.
