Customers are literally running short sprints down the lanes and even my own kid started to do some pretty serious warm-up exercises - high kicks, jumping, quick bursts to the walls. It was very weird to me but no one else seemed to give a hoot. Anyway... Parking wasn't an issue (always a plus for a Jersey guy driving in NYC). The staff were welcoming and helpful. (Especially the lady that had to endure my endless questions and concerns.) Everything's entirely too expensive but I blame that on the sport and not the store (so much). They had literally never been taken out of the box. I begrudgingly found something to exchange them for, and he still wouldn't even give me the difference between the pairs in cash -- I ended up with $50 worth of socks and a bad taste in my mouth. The 2 staff members were informative, fun to chat with, and helpful especially with fixing a jammed slot in the print machine. I spent several minutes hunting for a customer service number but could find nothing but an email based interface. I sent in the message, by this time 10 minutes after placing the order asking them to cancel the order. However, they did not read the message and respond until late in the day and by then it was too late. I am now out $54 and my husband won't get his Father's Day gift. I won't be ordering from this company again. A company that is too cheap to have a customer service phone, or to respond to emails quickly does not deserve my business.
