Sondra did my pedicure and rushed through the whole thing. Every single toe came out a different shape which is kind of the whole point of a pedicure so that was frustrating. When I told the owner I had a bad experience I wasn't looking for a discount or a free service. I just wanted him to know. He asked what was wrong I told him and he said okay sixty dollars. That was it. No apology nothing. I think he thought I was trying to get out of paying but I wasn't at all. It just would have been nice to feel heard. I have no issue with the price. I have an issue with paying for a rushed careless service and then being dismissed when I tried to say something about it.
