terrible customer service. water tasted like plastic. lemonade tasted like garlic. and they tried to charge me for both! my pizza and wings were below average. didn't see the waitress for the last half hour. it took 5 employees, 2 presumably were the owners/managers, to sort my bill out, and then there was a 3.5% fee for using a card that wasn't listed on the menu. i never received a bill to preview. the fee is listed as a "discount for cash" at the register but by then it was too late. both "adults" seemed too bothered with trying to close up to handle my concerns properly. give them a pass unless you're dying of hunger, have a glutton for punishment, or have a morbid curiosity on how bad this place really is. read more

This is my favorite pizza place hands down! I love that the owners actually work there making pizzas and waiting tables unlike other corporate pizza joints. Hohenwald is a small town that has a great pizza place! We just bought a small farm in Hohenwald and since I love pizza Snappys had to be checked out. I grew up cooking pizza in my Dad's restaurants. I've cooked more pizzas than you can imagine and consider myself a good judge of quality, flavor and value. Snappys maybe the best pizza I have ever eaten. If not it is in the top three. I was shocked and very pleased. Their pizza bread sticks are to die for. Fresh dough and just the right ingredients. We have had friends come to town with us and it not unusual to hear, "...this is great pizza...". On the down side the facility is average a bit old but I don't go there for the atmosphere. Their Pepsi fountain machine is not adjusted correctly and it's a bit off. Besides that I'd give it five stars. If you are in Hohenwald run by I think you will be happy you did. read more
