Stadium -NEW and beautiful (opened in 2022) - the perfect size so that no seat is bad which also enables a variety of prices Food (true identity to SD) -THE FOOD Options are TRUE to San Diego's VARIETY of culinary selections and AMAZING flavors -All the vendor are San Diego based (no major chains, all delicious selections that you'll find though SD) -MY personal favorite is "The Taco Stand" but Calif BBQ and empanada kitchen are DELICIOUS Atmosphere - San Diego FC: SD came 1st in their conference last year!! Amazing atmosphere, the supporter section does an AMAZING job. 5/5 -Wave FC: good vibes, only the lower section open. Still good vibes but more family oriented (you'll see kids here) 4/5 -SDSU football: haven't been to it yet Service: everyone has been friendly! Tip: utilize the public transport (PRONTO) (drops off at the stadium) Great Stadium HIGHLY RECOMMEND 5/5

Shout out to Snapdragon Stadium for holding Monster Jan 2026 this weekend, absolutely fun event! Perfect stadium for something like this. The stadium itself seemed to have plenty of entry spots and exits so crowding didn't happen. There was plenty of security and law enforcement around. There were plenty of restrooms as well...more beer than food options haha. The stadium does have an unfinished feel to it but overall it's not a bad venue. Can't say I'm happy it replaced the Q, cuz I'm not lol. I look forward to coming to more events here

Another fun night at SnapDragon! San Diego FC made an epic comeback to win 4-1 after being down 0-1 at halftime. I predicted a 4-1 Final Score and was spot on with the outcome! Getting in and out was a cinch. Easy parking, amazing seats and overall a perfect night. An Alex Morgan lookalike was seated next to me too... Celebrity vibes all night lol Even on a school night, it was worth the drive. Nothing beats seeing live futbol/soccer action! I'll be back again soon. Let's go SDFC!

The park has an outside class room for the San Diego State students the park has a watershed that is parts of the park .

The Mission Valley area is one that has great history when Qualcom Stadium was one of the biggest stadiums for the size of Qualcom it had the large structure that you would say the castle stadium. For the Miasion Valley area gas been the one that has been the practice field and thw soccer and baseball fields of the baseba field that have been used for the Bad News Bears. Snsp Dragon Stadium that was supported by the San Diego State University the stadium is one thst is located in the valley the large parking areas of the stadium the names are a jumble for the park and the connection. The location of the stadium you xan see from the trolley ztation with the park they have the ownwr is in between the trolley and the stadim. The Snap Dragon Stadium does have the wide valley the large parking areas one that is white gravel the other that is a completed marked parking lot with many parking spaces. The stadium is one that doesnt have the heat covers many events that have taken place when soccer had taken place people were taken by paramedics. On the other side the stadium has been the location for the Monster Trucks and the San State University Football games. With the many events thst are overseen by the company that oversees the ticket prices for the stadium has been by companys to be sold the student store has been kept closed. The stadium has several namez and the backing of the Alaskin Airlines the stadium looks more half completed for the front office should be open for custoners Jack Murphy Stadium was open to the public the ticket offices open for ticket sales. As a Yelp Elite Reviewer I have seen many other locations that have free tours for the general public to let people see whaf their money has paid for. With the open view from the Trolley Station you could see the many people at the stadium. The park and the stadium the names of the park finding the casino conbection yet the Aztecs do not have a connection to the resservations.

Been going to this stadium since last year and it's always fun!! I come here mainly to watch SDFC with my other fellow elite friend and we enjoy the seats and the food they have 5 new vendors this year and desert nachos was a big hit this year!! Great place for events!!

We arrived to our event (San Diego FC ) shortly after kickoff but we were able to see the show kickoff fireworks as we weee coming in. Parking was a little rough. You can either pay $55 for dirt road parking or we noticed some people weee desperate to find spots and started parking in the roundabouts. It made for an interesting drive home to get through those roundabouts very carefully. Security was a breeze because we only had our phones. Highly suggest to avoid bringing valuables. We walked right through without any issues. We got great seats and it was a fun experience!

Came for the Shakira concert, just to park at Snapdragon Stadium. The cost was $60. When checking in with security and tickets staff divided the entrances. Once I was only for Floor seating and the other side was for a regular admission. When walking in the bathrooms were overflowing and absolutely packed. My sister and myself were kicked out of bathroom line by staff members because they were closing off walkways for security purposes.. Thank you to the staff member who told us to just go to our designated seating floor and at that level we would find bathrooms. Honestly, that was the only staff member that truly helped us out. The crowd is so busy at the bathrooms and food areas located close to the entrance that they don't know where else to go . We bought merchandise but they dont provide bags. We bought like 4 shirts and they had no bags unless you buy a tote. Some ups and downs. For the cost... could be better. But wasn't the worse

A great place to watch a game, and the food vendors are almost all local restaurants or businesses. I visited Snapdragon for a San Diego Wave soccer game. We sat in the lower level and the view was excellent. I'm sure this is also a great venue for football games. I was impressed with the local restaurants serving food from permanent stands. And the prizes were reasonable. We enjoyed some cookies from Batch & Box. I had the delicious Cocoa Dragon (exclusive to the stadium) and my gluten-free friend loved his Gluten Friendly Classic Chocolate Chip Cookie. This is a really nice medium sized stadium.

    Rhondi S.

Good parking, they let you tailgate; came here for the SD Waves soccer game. Good seats that are padded and comfortable. Nice array of local restaurant choices from Hodad's, Crack Shack, Gagliono Bros. They also bring in a rotating number of food trucks. Food prices aren't that outrageous beer $15, cocktails $14 and their market is automated like the Amazon Go types where you enter with a credit card, pick your snacks and food and exit.

Went to a SDFC game and had a blast! Cheap tickets make it easy to try out all the cool food spots. Good vibes and it's an awesome place to relax and have a fun time.

What an amazing concert !!! I am on such a high after that fantastic show. I have never danced so much like I did tonight. The food the drinks the music the whole entire place was on fire. Ive come for the FC soccer games as well. There is something about this place that just takes you to a whole different world. I am on cloud nine this is one of the best venues in San Diego.

    Punk In The Park

First time attending Punk in the Park. Great venue for the event. The lawn area was clean and the production crew spaced out the separate areas very nicely. It never seemed too overcrowded and we could manage to walk around nicely. Loved the VIP limitless beer tasting. Sadly, wasn't able to sample each and every brewer. But we had fun trying. The music lineup was great. Would come back for this event. Would love to eventually see a concert or other event inside the stadium. Will add to the review once I have a full stadium experience.

We were staying in Old Town, near the Old Town Historic Park and we had a couple of options for taking the trolley to Petco. All of that was good, and where we departed the trolley, at Gaslamp Quarter, we followed the throng of fans to the stadium. I had looked online ahead of time to see the entry rules for bags. Standard, fanny pack size ok, clear bags okay, great, all good, my 7" x 4" banana fanny pack would be fine. But when I got to the security line, ready with my bag open, only credit card holder w/ID and phone inside, a security guard behind, and to my right started saying 'Ma'am, ma'am, your bag is too large.' She was pointing and reaching for it, with one hand and holding up her cardboard measuring guide with the other. At first I was startled and confused, but got that she wanted me to hand her the bag, so I zipped it closed and handed it to her. She placed it on her cardboard and the strap on either side of the fanny pack went beyond her measurement and I started thinking, 'Really? Is she going to reject my fanny pack because the strap crossed the line. She must've seen my panic, or maybe realized it was the strap "overflow" that made it look large, because she then said, 'OK, you're good' and started handing the bag back to me. I hesitated and she repeated, 'You're good. Proceed in.' I turned around and went the direction she indicated, realizing as I approached the escalator to move up, that I had bypassed the metal detector and no one actually LOOKED INTO the purse and I wasn't screened. At that point, hospitality staff was asking if I needed assistance, so I held out my ticket and they directed me up the escalator and to which side of the stadium I should walk to find my seat. Typing this, I'm still a bit perplexed as to how I got pulled from security for a fanny pack "breach of size" only to be told to go ahead and proceed into the park. Later, I would notice the crazy sizes of clear bags people had. I also have a clear "stadium" bag I use for Disneyland and Dodger Stadium, but for Banana Ball, I wanted to wear my yellow banana fanny pack and din't think I would get flagged, but DID plan on being searched, hence 2 items only so it would be easy. Hmm...still a bit puzzled.... Aside from the first experience, all staff after that were pleasant and helpful. This is a beautiful stadium, great location, and I enjoyed all the historic photos running along the outside walls with the Padres club and stadium story. Unfortunately, my seat was in one of the only handful of sections to receive FULL SUN all day, so I never got a chance to sit down. With Banana Ball, you don't choose your seats, they're assigned to you just before the game. Thankfully, Petco doesn't mind people milling about, or standing in certain areas, so I found a lovely, cool, fully shaded wall to enjoy the game from. I tend to dance all the way through Banana Ball, so a seat isn't really needed for me. From where I stood, I had a direct sightline to home plate, a great view the first base foul line and stadium jumbo screens, plus a lovely breeze off the bay. Food. This continues to confuse me as well. Stadiums make efforts to up the quality by bringing in local eateries, so why does the quality decline from the restaurant experience? I get it's not EXACTLY the same set up, but the food should at least resemble what one would find with a PostMates delivery, no? I checked out 3 food kiosks and 2 restaurants and nothing looked appetizing. Also, the inside eating area I walked into was sandwiches served cafeteria style. No A/C or open air for the breeze to come in. It was crowded, hot and an unappetizing area. I grabbed a hot dog from a cart and stood in a nook overlooking the Coronado Bridge and was satisfied. Exiting was a cattle chute experience, but once out, I was able to easily walk to the nearby trolley terminus and had my choice of TWO lines heading back toward Old Town. Overall, I'm glad I got to finally experience this stadium but, in the future, I will eat ahead of time and bring my clear stadium purse. Cheers! "CC"

It's a mid-sized arena (about 12,000 seats), so even if you're up in the higher rows, you still feel like you're part of the action. The energy was electric, especially seeing the Villanova blue and white mixed in with the sea of SDSU red seats. The Good: * The Sightlines: There really isn't a bad seat in the house. Since it's a bowl shape, you're right on top of the court. * The Vibe: The "open-air" concourse is such a San Diego move--it's great to step out for a breather between games without feeling like you're trapped in a basement. * Organization: For a sold-out NCAA event, getting through security was surprisingly smooth, though the "clear bag" policy is strictly enforced, so don't try to sneak anything in. The Not-So-Good: * Concession Lines: Between sessions, the lines for food and beer were brutal. If you don't time your run perfectly, you're going to miss the start of the next tip-off. * Cashless Only: The whole place is cashless now. Great for speed, but a pain if you didn't come prepared. * Parking: It's SDSU, so parking is always a headache. If you didn't rideshare, you probably spent 20 minutes circling the structures. Bottom Line: If you get a chance to see a tournament game here, take it. It's loud, intimate, and has way more character than those massive NBA arenas where you're a mile away from the floor.

Lol) This all said, the steep stairs were shocking. I'm glad there wasn't pushing or shoving or anything crazy. Because I could definitely see someone falling. The only other time I've been concerned like this is when I had top section outfield tickets at Petco. (To give reference.) DEFINITE RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION! (As well as Rady Shell, Sycuan, and Pala.)

I went here to see Jim Gaffigan. The venue was very easy to access, both to and from the ride share…read moredrop off point and the actual seats in the venue, capacity 4,500+. The space in between the seats is about what you would expect: the same as flying coach. The audio was great and the views from the middle section provided a bird's eye view of the stage. The concession prices are outrageous, but that was to be expected. Security checkpoint was quick.
