My first contact with Ethan and SolarFixPros was to have my solar power system evaluated for some…read moreapparent cell failures. Ethan and his crew were here within 2 days and completely evaluated my system and quickly diagnosed that my invertor (originally installed 2016) had failed and needed to be replaced. After carefully explaining the situation, I agreed that we needed to replace the invertor and evaluate the rest of the system. Ethan ordered the new invertor and when it arrived a week later he came with his crew to replace it. He and his skilled crew removed and replaced and tested the new invertor in under 3 hours and cleaned up beautifully. Prices were very reasonable and I was extremely pleased with everything. Ethan also informed me that there was a tax incentive for the upgrade and maintenance of the system. He has provided me with the documentation to complete the IRS 595 for the tax incentive. Currently Ethan is in the process of ordering a new LOCUS meter so that my system can report my output to SRECT credits as we discovered that I have a "dead" 3G system that needs to be upgraded to a 5G in order to function.
