I knew I needed help with my tinnitus and hearing loss, but I didn't want to be one of those persons who spends a gob of money on hearing aids, then doesn't use them. And here's where Dr. Kelly Hanscom really helped me out. I sport a shaved head, so it's not like I have luscious locks to help hide hardware behind my ears, so I really wanted to go with jamming the whole shootin' match in my ear. Dr. Kelly advised me on the available options and clearly explained the pros and cons of the different styles of hearing aids. I used a set of loaner hearing aids until my ordered units came in. Dr. Kelly tuned the loaners (and then my person devices) so that I would receive greater amplification of the frequencies in which my hearing is deficient. But she didn't overdo it. This seems to be where a lot of new hearing aid users experience frustration. I've heard several people say, "I'd wear them, but they're too dang loud!" Dr. Kelly artfully managed the acuity and volume of my hearing aids over the course of three months. As she explained, if a new user gets too much volume at first, it can be "jarring." That's the perfect word. So, over the course of three months, Dr. Kelly eased me into the "power" of my new hearing aids, and she also spent plenty of time ensuring that the fit is perfect and that I understand how to maintain and care for my new devices. I love wearing my hearing aids. It's been four months. The tinnitus therapy is wonderful! In fact, my wife can tell by my mood at the end of the day if I have been wearing my hearing aids. Without the tinnitus therapy, she says I am noticeably more anxious by day's end. And don't forget to say 'hello' and be nice to Franchesca at the front desk. After just a few visits, she had my name down and she regularly offers me cookies when I visit. Don't struggle another day with your tinnitus and hearing deficiencies. It's not only affecting your quality of life, but it's also affecting the quality of life of your family, friends, loved ones, and co-workers.

I was hesitant to make this appointment because obviously I am not deaf or in need of hearing aids, but I knew there was a problem. There are a lot of scams out there that offer something for free only to bait and switch you and say there will be a charge for that. The hearing test is really free. The doctor at Connect Hearing was so kind. At no point did she do a hard sale about products I did not need. The doctor did about a hour of hearing tests and than she sat down with me and walked me thru my next steps Thankfully, I just need to follow up with a Ear, Nose and Throat doctor to treat my hearing issue which is no big deal. But, wow. So grateful for this office and for their kindness and information. 100 percent recommend.

Have done this 2-3 times and spent good money as well. Each time, I returned the units for various reasons. Finally I was moved to seek an area audiologist and with no recommendations, I came upon Aspire via a google search. Dr. Prasad's website and videos are second to none in this space. And as a consummate Professional, she checks so many boxes. The most catching is her dedication and zeal to her patients. She walks the talk like no other in seeking the VERY best solutions for her clients and in this case it was for me. Today though, caring and genuine medical professionals are maxed to the limit with the myriad of demands they encounter running their practices. Just securing an appointment tends to be challenging. Dr Prasad seems to have figured so many things out in working with her patients and her generous level of EQ-EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE puts her on another level. This is part n parcel to her formula in finding OPTIMAL outcomes for us. So far so good as it has been a few months and her follow-on care and TLC confirmed her recommendations for me. If you are seeking a hearing solution, you might be missing the very best outcome and solution by NOT meeting with her and seeing what I did. A complimentary session is the very best treatment you can give yourself!

    I was assured that Paradise Hearing carried the model of hearing aid I wanted and they had…read moreexperience in fitting it, It was not until after I purchased it that I was told the individual who gave me the hearing test and did the initial fitting was never in Prescott (except for making a sale it seems) and would not be doing the adjustments. I went with this company after assessing the abilities of this individual. Instead, he handed me over to an assistant who was completely unfamiliar with my hearing aids and their features. She had problems making the wireless link to the software, had trouble with using it and blamed the software, didn't know how to adjust even some basic things that were a little different, and gave me misleading information on my unit's features that she based on other brands. I am not blaming this woman or her lack of training I am blaming the one who sold them to me. He was totally unforthcoming about his situation and their policies. I was not informed that I would be charged 10% if I returned the hearing aids within the trail period. It was in fine print at the bottom of the sales agreement, but he kept impatiently looking at his watch apparently late for an appointment elsewhere, and I felt pressured and signed. In any ethical situation their policies and who would be doing fittings etc. would be bought to the attention of the customer prior to any sale. To add to the frustration they are only open 2 days a week and sometimes only once which shrinks that 30 day trial period to virtually nothing when dealing with someone who is floundering making adjustments. After three highly unsatisfactory follow ups, two telephone calls myself to the manufacturer's tech support for professionals to ask about her software problems, I gave up in total frustration and returned the hearing aids. I was gouged a $400.00 return fee for my suffering. These people are not upfront and they are not fully competent. I love the hearing aids and have purchased them elswhere with none of the problems. Beware of Paradise Hearing's "lower" prices, you will pay in other ways and be gouged far above the norm if you have any reason to return them. AVOID!!!
