Staff office Stella hung up on me over the phone. When I called back to explained that we got disconnected she said no she was done with the conversation and couldn't do anything else. I told her I didn't hear a goodbye, I understood I was being put on hold for her to find out the status of my fee for FMLA paperwork. Wow. Can't wait to be done with this place. About half way through filling out the paperwork the doctor (I believe she was the doctor) came out and asked if my mother could walk. Turns out they do not have a ramp for their sound booth. Being new to this sort of appointment we had no idea to ask about a ramp. Seems like when making the appointment someone at the office should have mentioned about the lack of a ramp. Waste of time. If you're handicapped find another hearing center. After this experience, calling around it seems every other place has a ramp for their sound booth.
