Today we were supposed to be prioritized because of being bumped from last week, but the technician didn't show up today until the end of the 4 hour window.. He was called to our home to replace an old bathroom fan with a new one that my husband purchased. He did, and it's working. My frustration is that when he left, my bathroom, and even outside the bathroom, into my bedroom, there was a thick layer of sawdust everywhere. On clothing, on my AVAPS machine, the vanity, etc. I have asthma so all that saw dust was a major annoyance for me. He should have covered exposed surfaces when he was drilling and closed the door to keep the dust in the bathroom, and then cleaned up after himself, but he did neither. I feel the lack of courtesy to protect the area where he worked and the attached bedroom is a lack of professionalism. I wouldn't have them back.
