Was able to converse in Maritime lingo with the gent from Rogersville but was happy to see they took great care in moving the appliances three floors! Had to find out who the order was placed from my landlord :) because they definitely deserved a review. The BF even commented on how great they were! He knew the dimensions of the fridges without needing to check a manual, and easily and quickly listed the pros and cons of the appliances we looked at. He found us a heavily discounted fridge ( some very minor dents) which was exactly the same as the one we liked on the floor. He found the history of why the fridge had been returned and printed us up a complete manual. He is a salesperson any company would be very fortunate to have in its employ The checkout process was handled smoothly by Kadence despite the computer system being down. This place is unique because they are non-commissioned sales. The sales people genuinely want to know your needs and what you are looking for. They have an abundance of knowledge of the products in the market and want to find something suitable for you. Unlike other appliance stores that may try to upsell you on more features you don't need. We were in there on a Saturday afternoon and our salesman spent about an hour with us helping us select the right washer & dryer, and dishwasher for us. He did a great job of telling us about all of the different options that could work for us. That kind of service you will not get at your big box store. Best of all the prices here are very reasonable. I think we got lucky finding this place at the home & design show combined with a bunch of sales going on at the time. At the home show they had given out coupons to save the gst which we also took advantage of. This is the only place I will shop for appliances for in the future!

Went back to rent a van and get the machine, it wasn't there. Asked for a refund only to find the money wouldn't be actually returned to my Visa for 72 hours. So the lied to me twice, locked up $600 on my Visa and locked up another $600 in my bank account that went to pay the Visa. So now I can't even go buy a washing machine because of these idiots. Worst store ever, literally.

We talked and I sent him our receipts and photo of the Canadel sticker under the table. He sent Jee to our home and by yesterday it was fixed! Jee had to come back with another young man, so this was a two day adventure BTW. Thank you so much for taking such good care of us! As new owners, I feared you'd tell me sorry, but no, you did not. This table was bought Nov. 2019, and the previous owners sent someone out May 2022, leaving replacement rails in case what he did didn't fix it. Now hopefully it has been rectified properly.
