Good smoothies, awful customer service. We went there every day because it was good, convenient, and the best option for my dietary needs. We went today and my partner decided to get a smoothie bowl instead of a smoothie this time. We explained exactly what smoothie base we wanted (even added ice cream because we were under the impression it was an actual smoothie bowl) just to receive a bland bowl of oatmeal with a couple toppings. We paid $2 extra in add-ons because we thought we were building a smoothie base. Everybody knows that a smoothie bowl is a thicker smoothie with toppings, you'd think they would clarify that it's just plain oatmeal barely the size of my palm. My partner went back after being disappointed to tell them of his dissatisfaction and was rudely told "now you know what our smoothie bowl is." He went back again to speak with a manager who was busy so I decided to call and wait for the manager. I was rudely met by the same young girl who was nothing but snarky and dismissive and told me as well that the manager was busy. The manager eventually called back and her attitude was disgusting. There was no rectification or even the slightest care really. Was even told on the call, "we bend over backwards for you." How? By accommodating a customer's smoothie request and adding a few extra toppings? Doing your job? Definitely just lost two loyal customers. To anyone thinking of ordering a smoothie bowl, it's literally hot tasteless oatmeal. read more

Today I was really disappointed to find that the staff did not have thier noses or mouths covered in spite of the standing public health order in our state.
