The smoothies are good and the staff is always friendly, but it's hard to justify paying over $20 for two smoothies I could easily make at home for less than $5, so we usually only go when we are out running errands, get hungry, and don't want to eat anything too heavy. I was having a stressful morning this morning I got to school late didn't have time for breakfast if I would have went anywhere else I would have been late to school but I put an order in online at your troop location when I got there it was ready I walked in, grabbed it walked out and got. To school with 15 minutes to spare. So thank you for making my morning a little less stressful by having my order ready and making it so easy. This was normally my go to place for a smoothie, but after today NOPE. I walked in around 12:20 there were two girls working and no one even spoke. I let that slide because maybe they were busy, they walked past the front counter multiple times still not saying a work just a few glances. One girl was obviously upset because she couldn't hear the drive thru and made it visibly known. Still not one word spoken to me, after a minute her coworker said "I'll be with you in a minute" I responded It's okay I'll just leave. I've never experienced this from this location before and I would normally go daily before work. Customer service is very important and everyone should be treated with respect!! read more

Worst smoothie king ive been too. My chocolate gladiator tasted terrible and was blended terribly. I had them redo the shake became it came to me completely melted. Had them redo it and it was clumpy and unable to be sipped through straw. Tasted so bad I chunked it in the trash. Waste of 10 bucks. I believe it hey were training but still. read more

Upon entry I noticed how the floor was dirty and the whole place appeared to be run down. The staff had masks ( not all were worn properly). They were very concerned about weather I had a mask or not. They were friendly and handled that well. However they were not all concerned about making a good smoothie. They spilled out order twice and did not make what we ordered in the end. Not a good experience at all! read more

Literally every time I go through the drive thru I have to make sure my schedule is cleared. You will have to wait upwards to 30 minutes in line for a smoothie at this particular location. Not prompt at all! read more

Very poor customer service. We came here the week before around 6:30 and the store was already closed but the hours say 8PM on a Sunday. We gave them another try a week later and they were open. However, the service was awful. Only one person was working with another taking a break in the back while the drive through was 5 cars deep and 2 people inside. When the person decided to help, they took our order and disappeared, leaving the one guy to fill all the orders. Very poorly run Smoothie King. I had the best smoothie of my life at this location! I explained to the person making my smoothie, Keldon, that I was vegan and on a sugar free diet. He compensated my needs and made a smoothie custom for me!! It was the best ever!! I will never go to any other smoothie king again. Keldon is the best!! read more

It looks like the employees are treated harshly and that management isn't present. I've asked for the manager every day of a week and they have been in the store. Some workers here seem like they try hard while others don't care. A lady named Elena was really rude to me while taking my order almost screaming at me. The speaker also did not work so it was extremely hard to place my order and hear the employees. Overall pretty bad experience besides the smoothie being decent. read more

I'm a SK addict... I spend way too much on their delicious smoothies, but I also get rewards points that I save for when I'm broke! While the staff isn't always "super friendly" they're not rude and my smoothies are generally fairly consistent. I wish they were cheaper... I'd go even more often. read more

The dude that works here makes an awesome smoothie. Its a "secret menu" kind of thing. Really, they should name the smoothie after him and put it on the full time menu! Stop by and have him make you one of his "sweet tart" smoothies! read more
