Customer service for this store was much better when it was on Matthews Dr(I think I this was the same business). I was looking for a particular product and had a few questions about probiotics and essential oils and teas. She just seemed so matter of fact and not interested in helping me. While the customer ahead of me seemed to have recieved excellent customer service. I walked out on her mid sentence because I didn't want to return the rudeness I felt I was getting from her. This is my second time with this type of encounter with her. I'm sure it doesn't matter if one person says they won't shop there anymore, but I will say maybe you'll have more satisfied customers if she adjusted her customer service skills to everyone and not just select people.
