The second time we went we happened to come in on a day where one of the women spoke Spanish and English! Product wise, I was able to get my usual oils and candles! :))

Staff is friendly and helpful, with some more knowledgeable than others. Be prepared to look all over the store for the gluten free items, as they are scattered all over the aisles and shelves with non-gluten free products, not in their own GF section like other stores. They have tags on the shelves below the GF items, which is helpful. I figured this out on my own. Staff didn't tell me to look for these tags, and they should mention this to their GF customers as we navigate the store.

Feeling kinda down on tax day I went into the store to find spaghetti squash to cook for dinner. I couldn't find it so I purchased butternut squash. The cashier I think her name was Rain. She was so sweet and asked what I was going to make with the butternut squash and I said I wasn't sure because I really wanted spaghetti squash. She called the produce department and asked if there was any spaghetti squash and they were able to find some for me. She exchanged the butternut squash for the spaghetti squash. I hope this worker is rewarded. I felt like I was in a local small owned business. I will definitely be back.

I was seeking an iced tea before picking my daughter up from school and popped in to check it out. I found a fair selection of beverages as well as checked out their supplements, produce and so many other fresh, organic, vegan + other products too. The staff was friendly and helpful. The store itself has a bit of a weird layout and seems like it could use a renovation, but the current state adds to the hippy, natural, co-op feel. I found a kombucha and made a mental note to return to support this business in the future! They have quite the history and while there are many competitors in the area, I love supporting more local, family owned businesses. So I am reposting it for the Pinnacle Peak and Scottsdale Location. The good news for Sprouts is that I will NOT return to this location ever. Maybe the other locations are good/great so have at it there. Yes Yelp, it is an actual review from me. If I could give a 0, I would. This store has totally gone to, well you know what. One would expect that Sprouts would have high quality produce but that is not the case. Bags of lemons had visible mold so I reverted to individual lemons, many of which were clearly aging out. Bags of limes had darking skins and they also looked old. Spinach & Kale (lg) Bin Aug 1st dated looked terrible so I grabbed the Aug 5th batch. NO ROMAINE LETTUCE EXCEPT IN A BAG which forced me to go to Safeway where the Romaine was beautiful. I bought cherry tomatoes and only noticed that one of the stems was moldy AFTER I got home. On several occasions I had purchased tomatoes which went moldy after a short (1-2) days. The Cheese Counter is disorganized and full of off brands. And here I thought this was the Corporate Showcase Store. Well... As a long time Sprouts customer, it pains me to write this. Don't offer me anything. Fix the store. When Safeway has better lettuce than you do, there is a massive problem. Finally, about once a month there are these random 5 star review which imo are plants. WHO actually takes the time to write 5 star reviews for a grocery store? Think about it.

So I came inside the greatest cafe in gym history as always do after my workout. And they didn't have my favorite protein drink in the fridge. After I cried a little bit I saw Jodi and she said hey why don't you just ask the cafe to pull one out of the vending machine. And then my teary frown turned into a big smile like Brobee from Yo Gabba Gabba. So I went back to the cafe and Jack and Jill was like yo Will we got you and then we gave each other a million high fives like Mordecai and Rigby. What a great Monday so far.
