My go-to spot on Biscayne! I always get the Vanilla Hulk and it never disappoints -- creamy, filling, and so good. Service is fast and friendly. Best smoothie in North Miami! read more

Smoothie King - The Hulk - Vanilla - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - North Miami, Florida

Stopped by Smoothie King and decided to try the espresso chocolate protein smoothie. It was decent but nothing too memorable. The flavor leaned more chalky than rich, and the espresso didn't really stand out the way I expected. Texture was on the thicker side, which made it filling, but a bit heavy to finish. Staff was polite and service was quick, but overall it felt more average than special. Not bad, but not something I'd go out of my way to order again. read more

I'm not sure why this location has so many bad reviews. It made me scared to come by. I've been coming for maybe three months now and my smoothies are always delicious and I've never had a bad interaction with an employee here, overall good service and great smoothies. read more

Delicious, fresh super fresh fruit, soft azai, muy nice costumer service, good place... thanks

This place is the closest to me so that's why I repeat my visits here but they are the worst. Because no matter what you ask for there's always something that's wrong and they don't refund it so I'm not so greatly appreciative of this place. They try to be good I'm sure... they have at least 1/2 dozen kids working behind that counter... but I just can't give them any credit for their effort. Hope this bad review makes them more aware of orders. If you give me a choice to add or edit an order than honor it, or don't give me the choice. Geez read more

The other evening I needed something to bring appetite up to date and a smoothie was calling my name. I stopped by one of my all time favorite places to pick up the best tasting combo around. 5/5 High Protein in Banana with a scoop of peanut butter is a combo you need to try. It's not only good for your body, when they make it right it's heavenly. Remember to tell them to use less water so you can get the entire shake inside the cup. Sure it will be a little thicker but better thick than thin! Trust me on this! Glad they're doing an awesome job again and I can't wait to stop in and get my protein on! read more

Won't be back after hearing the way my friend was treated by the management at this facility. Act with integrity instead of snarky remarks and threats. When you damage someone's property the least you can do is act with remorse. PSA for all customers, don't hand your phone over to the staff to scan your coupon as they WILL drop it and break your phone. The subpar owner will do nothing in return but tell you to take it to court. read more

Revisited this place because Aventura was being remodeled and knowing it's the worse smoothie king in the area. It didn't disappoint with their poor customer service. I ordered my large smoothie through the drive through. When I get to the window I ask the girl if she could pour some of my smoothie into a small cup for my daughter. She said no and the cup would be an additional 25 cents. Then give me the credit card reader prompting me for a tip. Tip for what? Making a mess in my car because asking you to pour was too much to ask? I must add it was the worst tasking Peanut Power Plus I ever had. read more

The customer service is rude!!! Don't take to much energy to be polite to your customer. I rather drive to another smoothie king and I stay near this one in particular. read more

I love smoothies. I've tried to make them at home but they never turn out very good. The smoothies at Smoothie King are delicious. They have many different types of smoothies and many different flavors. I always order a fruit flavor. The last time I had mango banana. Clyde and I shared a 32 ounce drink. The people working there split the drink into two cups so we each had our own. It was fruity, refreshing, and delicious. I like that it wasn't too sweet. The people working at this location were friendly and helpful. They even helped me decide which smoothie to get. The place was clean and inviting. There were a few tables and chairs indoors and outdoors. On Fridays a 32 ounce smoothie is $5.00. read more

Made an online order got to the door 9:05pm went to drive through window asked for smoothie Was told go around to the drive-up after waiting 15 more minutes he handed me my shake and was laughing hysterically I asked her name she refused tell me asked for the manager she said the white is back then a lady came said was the shift lead asked her for name she said Jazz all of them are unprofessional in there guess the spit in my shake or something and couldn't keep from laughing as she handed to me. Then tells me I'm a racist my race was the only one mentioned the white boy. I will never go to this racist establishment again. DM called me and said the get more positive reviews about Jazz and this is why they keep her. I guess you treat people with little respect then get your friends to write positive reviews. The whole morale in that place is low. read more

I'm sorry but this place isn't pleasant for me. I've come here twice & both times the experience has been the same, POOR. There are young kids working here; not saying there's anything wrong with that, however, it's more than evident that they could care less about your presence. They're busy on their phone, and you coming into the place is clearly interrupting their social media session. This place doesn't seem well taken care of. Both times I've been here it's been the same, looks dirty (papers on the floor, etc...). The employees DO NOT greet you when you walk through the door & needless to say, you don't feel welcomed at all. The drinks are "OK". The 1st time I came my drink was too icy & although today it was a little better, the service I've received has made me not want to come back here ever again. What a shame. Such a good location but such bad service. :-( read more

This is the closest smoothie king to our home. However, they make the worst smoothies. They are watery and not like any other smoothie king makes them in Miami. Go south to any other smoothie king and you have a much better experience. When you ask them, "why is it's watery and not thicker like a smoothie should be" the response is, " do you want it thicker?" No, I just want it made correctly. read more

I visit this location at least twice a day, the girls are rude have no customer service skills and I have to wait at least 10 minutes to get the smoothie, I workout near this location so it's convenient but after this visit on Friday I'll choose to eat anything else but to keep being mistreated, on Friday I ask for my 2 dollars reward to be honor and the "manager" JAZZ I think came up as rude as anyone could be and told me that there is no way I would get that on a Friday I explain I've gotten before and extremely rude she said no The way they treat me it's completely unacceptable Never again read more

This quaint little shop is conveniently located right off of Biscayne Blvd sharing the T Mobil building. The best part is DRIVE THRU. I request that all Smoothie Kings be a drive thru. Love it. I visit occasionally for their Meal Replacement shakes. The ingredients are pretty basic, and you can sub out if you want to it 'clean'. I haven't been in awhile but upon arrival I noticed a re-vamping of the menu. My eyes laid on their Vegan and Dark Chocolate. The chocolate was soo indulgent and satisfies even the most obscure of sweet tooth's. I slurped until I almost lost my eye sight from brain freeze. I could not stop. If you can't make it after a workout give their AM coffee shakes a try. I came back the following morning and picked up a cinnamon latte protein shake with almond milk. 30 grams of protein, needless to say it was very tasty and especially satisfying. If you haven't been in awhile I suggest you give their new menu a try. You'll soon become a fan like me! read more

Extremely disappointed!!! My husband and I just went through the drive-thru and ordered three drinks. The woman sounded completely hung over, uninterested , not wanting to be there and did not give one shit! She couldn't even repeat our order, while seeming highly confused, and sounded very rude! We finally pull up to get our order at the window and we sat there for 15 minutes to finally get our smoothies and because she couldn't repeat our order we asked for the receipt and then she tried to explain to us, as she tapped heavily on the machine and said it's not working! The system is broken! How can the management not see the value of customer service or having an enthusiastic employee. We will not be returning! This was on Saturday December 8th around 10:55am. read more

Have been coming here for years...but tired of having to reverse my car everytime I come through the drive thru

Worst customer service! Drive thru unresponsive, got to the window to order to be told to drive back around and order through the intercom because they have a timer for drive thru orders. Asked for a manager and after informing issue found out she wasn't the manager because there isn't one on the clock. DO NOT COME HERE read more

I love smoothie king! I really do think they offer the best and most diverse smoothies! Whether you're looking to trim down, energize, or gain some protein, there is something here for you. Sadly, this location without a doubt has the least friendly staff. They never seem to be in a good mood or happy to serve you. I only come here because it is the most convenient location within some miles for me. If there were another location, I'd probably never come here. I've been multiple times and the only time the staff members were friendly was when there was a manager there. It's disappointing because I have given this location at least four or five chances and they've all produced the same resukts. This is the only location where I've ever had an unfriendly staff. read more

This Smoothie King store is located across the street from my job so it's very convenient to stop by before going to the office. There's a girl's voice that I'm used to hearing every morning. She's always so friendly and makes it a pleasure to order with. I don't know what she looks like, but I feel like we could be friends. I stopped by randomly for lunch one afternoon and my "friend" wasn't there. The employee was still nice, but not as nice as the staff in the morning. read more

When I'm not drinking the blood of children, I drink water. Oh, I also drink juice, and coffee, and foolish amounts of Night Train and Cisco. Occasionally, I take part in smoothie consumption. Then I go to this Smoothie King. Let me tell you why I go to this Smoothie King: Because I'm an American. I like to drive my American made vehicle that greedily devours a gallon of fuel every 15 miles to Smoothie King. Then, I decide that I'm not going to park my automobile and I'm going to use their drive thru window instead. Why you may ask, again because I'm an American, and I enjoy the convenience of not using my legs. I justify my impotent behavior by saying that I had something both palatable and healthy- Smoothie King. Americuh! F* yea! read more

Smoothies are amazing. This is my first time here and it was pretty good. I will definitely return for my Meal Replacement on my weight loss journey. The Cashier helped us decide and was pretty attentive. Plus they have a Drive Thru.. double chocolate chip cookie was only 220 calories. I had the Activator Pineapple minus the apple juice with blueberry juice.. 450 calories, not sweet but really worth it. My friend got the Banana boat with butter pecan sorbet instead of Vanilla frozen yogurt 480 calories. We will be coming back EVERYDAY !!!! read more

Lines are usually short (both in person and drive-thru). Except when that guy on his bicycle shows up to the drive-thru. Ugh that guy, why is he riding a bike if he can't be bothered to walk inside? Your bike does not set off the sensor and the staff does not know you are there. So that makes the line take forever. Love the staff here, they are funny and good at making smoothies, they also suggest smoothies when you are not quite sure what you want today... I wouldn't call it healthy, but it's good. It's Smoothie King. read more

Young, very inattentive staff. Stood in store by myself for 5 whole minutes; no one acknowledged my presence or ask if I was being helped. Focus was on drive thru. 2 other staff members just walked back and forth; no acknowledgment...but yet 1 female employee (with braids) seemed to acknowledge the fiance of her co-worker who came in way after I was there for some time. Actually yelled out to a co-worker "tell ?? her fiance is here". Still no one acknowledged me. I left and headed down a few doors to Jamba Juice where I was immediately greeted upon entry and assisted with my decision; offered to taste a special. A world of difference and honestly sooooo much less expensive for very similar drinks. Visit: October 2015 read more

All female team is doing great. Very quick service. Handled long line with ease. Very efficient and my smoothie came out perfect

The drive through service is great! I wouldn't change that for nothing. They are quick and you get what you want in a timely manner. Prices are okay for meal replacements or smoothies and location is just perfect because is right there next to the LA FITNESS. I liked what I got even tho I couldn't taste much the mangostino which is why I got that flavor. I like that they tell you the amount of calories depending on the size that you get. I will always come back to this smoothie king because overall the drive through is the most convenient thing about this location! read more

I don't usually drink smoothies, but when I do I find myself at Smoothie King, more specifically at this location. This location has a convenient drive thru and the line is never too long.
